As I mentioned earlier, I theorise that Agent D and the Pilot could be a couple. Her playful and flirtatious behaviour towards him at the end of Toxic could already suggest this, but he also appears a couple times in the background of the Gimme More preview. Does he want to follow her on missions, but then accidentally end up in trouble himself, leading her to save him? Is he a common target of the enemy spies? Does he use himself as bait for the enemy spies because they know if they catch him, Agent D will come to face off with them, creating a way for her to more effectively combat them? The two definitely feel like partners-in-crime.
