Eleanor was staying at Maisy's hotel again. She had come back to grab some clothes after practice but was almost immediately gone again.

Alex and Kelley didn't like it.

"Are they dating or something? Is El gay?" Kelley asked as the two of them stood in the bathroom, brushing their teeth.

Alex shrugged, spitting out her toothpaste. "I don't know but Maisy is not who I thought she'd be. Like what's up with her and Taylor?"

"Right?!" Kelley spit her own toothpaste out.

Alex laughed laughed, leaning back against her defender. Kelley pressed a quick kiss to Alex's shoulder, making the taller girl's heart flutter. "If we're still on the theory that El is a little gay, I think she has more of a thing for Taylor than Maisy. Too bad Taylor's straight."

Alex just shrugged. She had her suspicions but figured Taylor would tell her when she got more comfortable with them.

The pair loved Taylor. The blonde had taken them out for dinner the night before just to get to know Eleanor's teammates better. Maisy made sure Eleanor had a date with her that night, so she couldn't go, but Taylor took the other two anyway. She was so sweet to them, it was hard to believe that anyone could actually hate her. But they knew Maisy definitely wasn't fond of her.

Alex followed Kelley out of the bathroom, immediately falling onto the bed with her to cuddle.

They decided that Kelley would move in with her next season and it was eating Alex alive. She didn't know how much more of this casual sex thing she could take. She wanted more. She needed more. But Kelley wasn't exactly the easiest to get a read on.

Alex just had to be blunt.

So, the forward propped herself up on her elbow and tapped Kelley's sternum. "Speaking of oblivious gays, we need to talk."

"Finally admitting it, huh?" Kelley joked, turning her head to look into Alex's eyes.

Kelley wanted the same thing Alex did, but Alex had never even admitted her own sexuality. She never wanted to force her to come out or to put and labels on that she wasn't ready for, so Kelley but her tongue. But the casual sex was getting a lot less casual.

Alex blushed and swatted Kelley's chest. "When we started hooking up, I thought it was just about getting relief, but I really do like you Kel. I'm not ready to tell the world I'm bisexual and I know you're not ready to tell the world you're gay, but I can't do casual anymore."

Kelley grinned and flipped their positions so she was hovering over Alex. "I can't do it either." She admitted. "And the world doesn't care that much about Women's soccer so as long as we don't kiss on the field, I think we're okay."

Alex reached up, cupping the sides of Kelley's face. "So, you want this too? You want to be with me?"

"More than anything." Kelley chuckled. "I would love nothing more than to be your girlfriend, Al."

Instead of answering, Alex pulled Kelley down for a kiss. It was their best kiss yet.

Eleanor's leg bounced as she sat on the bench in front of her locker. She hadn't even put her jersey on yet. It was getting far too real for her. Her first ever Olympic game. She was going to be sitting on the bench with a small possibility of being subbed in, but it was still terrifying to be there. Especially after the last couple days.

Maisy didn't want to let her go and Eleanor was starting feel suffocated. She didn't understand what changed since they labeled themselves as girlfriends, but it was starting to annoy her. She hadn't even seen Taylor since that night at the impromptu party and she only saw her teammates during practice. She felt bad, but being in the locker room with her team made her feel the best she had in the last two days.
