Chapter 3

Adrien's Pov

Plagg flies out from out of the cheese cabinet I have set aside for him. He looks at me with a surprised smile on his face. "Wow, if only you could speak to your father the way she does maybe you would have more friends" he says. "Wow, thanks Plagg. I don't know how she does it though, she is just so fearless." I sigh leaning back in my bed thinking about how Y/N just said what she wanted. She was so quick and swift with it, it's as if she didn't even say it to begin with.

I look over at the clock to see it in now 7:00, me and Ladybug's patrol doesn't start until 8, I have an hour to spare. It wouldn't hurt making sure that Y/N gets home alright I say to myself. I mean, it is my duty to make sure Parisians are kept safe.

Y/N's Pov

As you left the Agreste Mansion you swiftly put the money in your purse. You're currently saving for a trip we all are planning on going on during spring break. Nathalie offered to have Gorilla drive you home, but you don't mind walking. The weather has that cool breeze and grayish sky, the way it is before it rains. You love this kind of weather, you wanted to enjoy it.

With Marinette being Ladybug and the guardian, she wants you to be safe, so she gave you both the miraculous of Longg and Mullo. She was a bit hesitant to give you both of them, but after showing you were capable of wearing both she decided she wants you to be the safest you can. You never really go into battle unless she needs you. Longg and Mullo are more just for a possible protection and a nice comfort.

(I have loved Mullo since MultiMouse and Longg's powers are just dope. I also didn't want to take anyone's miraculous, well...who cares about Myléne and Kagami. No hate on them, especially not Kagami, but for this story if I even decide to bring her in, I might give her another miraculous or something, who knows right now. I would've taken Trixx, but that is all Alya.)

As you were walking home you were talking with Mullo and Longg. They teased you about being at Adrien's.

Mullo: "Awe you guys are so cute!"

Longg: "Yeah, you go there quite often. Makes me wonder if there is something else going on."

Y/N: "Guys, you're being ridiculous, he is just a friend." (😉)

You walk past the school, and it begin to rain, you start smiling and look up to the sky letting the droplets hit your face. You then start to do a little run to the house before it starts pouring. You go up to your room and go to the balcony and sit under the awning while drawing the view of a billboard close by, which happens to be of Adrien.

Cat Noir's Pov

I followed Y/N home, to make sure she got home safe. I know Y/N is brave and I have no doubt that she can take care of herself, but I also feel that she would run right into danger when she could easily avoid it. The whole way home she was on the phone talking to someone about someone just being a friend.

(We pretend to be on the phone when talking with Longg and Mullo in public so no one questions it and we don't get caught)

As she got to the front of the school it started to rain. She looked up at the sky, letting the rain drops dance across her face and then did a little sprint home. I sat on the roof of the school while the rain was picking up, Y/N climbed onto her patio, and it looked as if she was drawing her view. Which happens to be an ad of me, that father decided to put on every billboard he possibly could.

Y/N's Pov

The rain started to dial down after you had been sitting on the patio for a while drawing. As it became just a light sprinkle you stepped out from under the awning and looked up at the sky, the water droplets splattering across your face and your smile only grew more with each sprinkle.

Just as you were starting to feel relaxed and calm a car comes flying to your patio, almost squishing you, if it wasn't for Cat Noir pinning you against the wall.

You look up at his big green eyes dumbfounded. He looks back into your bright bluebell eyes with a sly smirk on his face. "Be careful little lady, if it wasn't for me you might've been injured" he says very smugly while you hide a smile and roll your eyes. "I'm sure I could've managed, if not, I'm sure Ladybug would've saved me" you say. "Of course, you could have, I expect nothing less from you." And with that he was off.

You watched him run away and hurried inside to see if Marinette had already left. The other Kwami's greeted you as you entered Marinette's room and informed you that she already left. You turned on the news and you all watched Ladybug and Cat Noir defeat the akumatized villain.

As you let out of a small breath of relief Marinette comes flying down into the room from the trap door. Once she sees you, she lets out a breath that she was clearly holding in. "Oh, good, you're okay. I was really worried. Cat Noir told me that he stopped a car from flying into you. I was just so scared you might've gotten hurt, and my miraculous ladybug wouldn't be able to fix it." "I'm fine I promise, Cat Noir's flirting made sure of that." You tell her. 

(If I'm being honest, I don't really know what I mean by that last part, but also at the same time I do.)
