Chapter 17

Chrys' POV
When I got in bed, I didn't even sleep. I just laid their thinking.

I then started listening to Fall Out Boy. I played the song Thriller.

I wanted to see Patrick sing it. I then texted him

Me: I have had a shitty day. Will you sing for me?
Patrick: Sure. I'll be there in a minute.
Me: Okay Thx

I heard a knock at the door and let Patrick in.

We sat on my couch. He shrugged and said "I saw the comments. That sucks and then Brendon happened so it probably sucks even more." I sighed and said "Yeah, will you sing Hum Hallelujah please?"

He smiled and said "Ok." He then started to sing.

I could get lost in his voice. It was like a choir of angels in one person.

I smiled and then started to sing along.

Patrick's POV
Her voice was great. When we sang together it was in sync. Sometimes I would do vocals while she did back ups and then we would switch.

When we finished we laughed and would move on to a different song.

Holy smokes, I am getting my crush back on Chrys. This isn't good.

When we finished singing she hugged me.

I hugged her back. She smiled at me and said "We should do a duet? I mean I'm starting out and it would be a great promo and it would be lots of fun."

I got really excited and said "We can play our guitars and make it sound all awesome."

Her eyes lit up as she said "Yeah and we can sing some of your classic songs together."

I nodded and said "Yeah, and we can sync at certain parts."

I smiled even more and said "We need to plan this even more."

She got her notebook out and wrote down everything.

I was excited. I then left her room and my heart was fluttering.

I didn't show it because of Gerard with what happened today.

Instead I just went down stairs.

Chrys' POV
YAY! Patrick is so awesome! I can't wait for our duet.

He is so sweet and nice. It's going to be so fun.

Also he is cute...

NO I CAN'T BE THINKING THIS! NOT WITH WHAT HAPPENED TODAY!

But it's true. So very true.

UGH, why do I have to like most of the people in this house.

Well, I don't like Pete like that. Well, maybe a little.

SHIT IM GOING TO BED NOW BEFORE I EXPLODE WITH MENTAL FEELINGS.

I'm then threw my covers over me and shut my eyes.

After a few minutes I eventually fell asleep.

I woke up to Gerard opening my room door.

He climbed in my bed and we stared at each other.

He then smiled and said "Hi, how are you?"

I giggled and said "I was happy until you woke me up."

He his smile widened and he said "Oh sorry, just wanted to make sure my lovely rose was ok."

I then put my forehead to his and said "I'll be fine when l get more sleep."

He laughed and said "Okay." And then kissed my forehead.

I then drifted off.
