AT FIRST YOU THOUGHT your mind was playing tricks on you with what you saw in the mall, but apparently it was not. a few days after the whole mall thing you had seen your boyfriend (could you even still call him that?) and the same woman on the news, the headline being 'dynamite and illus-o-camie; a new hero power couple' that completely broke you.
then that very night the blonde bitch still had the goddamned audacity to call you from his hotel room telling you about how much he missed you and that he only had a few days left until he came back to musutafu.
it was safe to say that you did not feel the same at the very moment.

"so what're you gonna do?" yua asked you as she stuffed yet another piece of fruit into her mouth
your friends, bless their sweet, sweet souls, had been taking care of your wreck of a self ever since the whole mall fiasco and they had been doing a good job giving into your urges of wanting to eat gallons of ice cream and wanting to torture yourself with romance movies of the 90's,
"i dunno, cause after the news thingy i still had faith that it was fake, but then all these articles about them came out over the past week and then it seems very real, like he's in love with her- did you know she's a year older and already some sidekick" you babbled as you wiped your eyes dry of your tears for what seemed to be the millionth time
hana rubbed your back comfortingly as yua patted the top of your head, they knew that the only thing they could give you was comfort and support during the pain the spikey blonde bitch was currently putting you through
" so like, if he comes back and comes to the cafe to see you what would you do?" hana asked, wrapping your comfort blanket tighter around you
" you should confront him" yua casually said and you looked at her like she was crazy, which she was
" i can't do that, he's like a lot stronger than me, plus i don't wanna see him right now, actually you know what screw him and his pretty red eyes, i'm going to confront him as soon as i see him" you said, a sudden determination flowing through your veins as you stood up from the comforts of your bed
"cut his dick off"

you sighed as you wiped off the top of the table, deep in thought as you did so, you see, you had still been talking to katsuki on a regular basis, after all you didnt want it to seem as though you were upset with him.
it was his decision after all, on what he wanted to do with his time when he wasn't practising on how to save the world or whatever it was that they did at these hero study thingies.
when the bell atop of the door rang, you looked up from the table you've been wiping for a while, knocking yourself out of your train of thoughts as you did so, when you saw who was standing in the door, you were shocked to see katsuki's mother.
"mitsuki, how may i help you?" you asked the blonde woman who seated herself at the table you were currently wiping down.
instead of answering your question, the blonde woman waved another worker over and ordered two cups of coffee, then she told you to sit down with her, and you complied.
"have you seen the news or read any articles?" she asked you, your breath hitched in your throat as you nodded your head
"i have, why do you ask?" you asked in reply, thanking the waiter who brought over the two cups of coffee after you took a sip
"then you know about katsuki and that camie girl" she said
you stared at your boyfriend's mother in shock, had she known about his 'cheating' all this time? if so why hadnt she informed you about it before you've dug this relationship hole deeper? so many questions had flooded your mind, and as your mouth opened to ask them, mitsuki held her hand up, successfully silencing you
"i know you must have millions of questions right now, but dont ask me them, ask katsuki your questions" she started, and you nodded
" look y/n, i know how you feel, trust me i do, but i know katsuki, and i know that i didn't raise a damn cheater, and i know how deeply katsuki feels for you, i also know that you feel deeply for him too, i can see it in your eyes, it is your decision on whether or not you want to stay with him at the end of the day or not, but the only thing im asking you is for you to hear him out when he comes home" mitsuki said
as soon as she finished, she gave you a sympathetic smile and left the cafe, leaving you alone with your conflicted thoughts.
