Vampires [Blood-sucking humans with a variety of different powers that depend on the individual. All can shape-shift into a bat and have enhanced senses and speed. They are very attracted to purebloods (which are extremely rare, almost a one in a billion chance), as their blood can empower them by thousands. However, only one vampire - the first one to bite them - can penetrate their skin. After that, only that vampire can suck their blood. Current Population: over 70,000. Werewolves [Humans that transform into half human half wolves during full moons and blood moons. They have enhanced speed and strength. Current Population: over 35,000. Danger Scale: 6/10 but can be more or less. Identified Most Powerful: the Jung Clan, Nishimura Riki]

Nightmares [Humans with some animal features (wings, horns, fangs, claws) that have dark magic abilities. The more powerful ones can travel through Nightmares and the most powerful can craft an afterlife specifically for them and three other people as long as they all die in the same week. Nymphs [Human-like beings with elemental abilities. Unlike other species, they don't live among humans. They spend their time in nature. Current Population: 98,000. Danger Scale: 5/10 but can be more or less. Identified Most Powerful: Choi Beomgyu, Choi Jongho, Kim Minji, Kim Chaewon]

Spirits [Humans with a spirit trapped inside of them giving them power and life. Current Population: 38. Danger Scale: ranges from 7/10 to 10/10. Identified Most Powerful: Shin Yuna, Hong Eunchae]

Half-Dragons [As the name implies, humans with wings and fangs. Select fire abilities. Most powerful ones can transform into a dragon. Current Population: 1,330. Danger Scale: 7/10 but can be more or less. Identified Most Powerful: Choi Jisu, Park Jihyo, Lee Keonhee, Kevin Moon, Choi Youngjae]

Mermaids [Humans that can transform into mermaids when in water. Have moderate water abilities. Can communicate with animals. Current Population: 20,000. Danger Scale: 4/10 but can be more or less. Identified Most Powerful: Yeh Shuhua, Danielle Marsh, Kim Mingyu]

Half-Demons [Humans with demon horns and wings. They have death and darkness abilities. Current Population: 3. Danger Scale: 10/10. Identified Most Powerful: Jay Park, Joshua Hong, Nicha Yontararak]

Fayre [Elf-like beings with different charms and abilities. Stay in their own separate world which only lovers of inhabitees (if not a fayre) can visit. Current Population: 986. Danger Scale: 6/10 but can be more or less. Identified Most Powerful: Lee Heeseung, Yoon Keeho]

Gargoyles [Humans that have gargoyle wings and horns, and darkness abilities. Can transform into a gargoyle on command. Current Population: 208. Danger Scale: 7/10 but can be more or less. Identified Most Powerful: Kim Namjoon, Seo Changbin, Kim Taemin]
