I have scars, bruises, wounds.
a lot more than you'd think.
You'd have to know me enough to see them.
Yeah, I have some on my
knees from a fall a month ago.
Yeah, I have some on my
feet from stubbing my toes.
But the real wounds are self inflicted.
Scars and Bruises cover
my wrists,
my thighs,
my ankles,
my shoulders.
But the real wounds are internal.
on the edges of my heart,
on the sides of my bones,
they are etched deep into my soul.
For, real wounds are self inflicted and internal
in my world.
But you'd have to know me enough
to see them.
