Soon it was night and along after the snowball fight had stopped the six of them set up a fire. Edric and Emira went to find Amity as Luz bright out a bag of marshmallows.
"What are those?" Willow aksed.
"How can you not?" Gus asked disgusted.
"They are mershmallallows!"
"Uhhh, they're called marshmallows," Luz replied.
"Oh."
Luz handed everyone a barbecue stick and they toasted marshmallows for a while.
"Hey...guys," everyone looked up to see Amity followed by Ed and Em.
"Mind if I sit here?"
Willow shifted to the side letting Amity sit in between her and Gus. Despite Luz being right in front of her Amity tried not make eye contact.
"Here," Luz said handing her a marshmallow and a barbecue stick.
"Hold it tight her the fire and it'll toast."
"Oh...uh thanks Luz." Amity blushes a little catching everyone's attention.
"So friends?" Luz asked hesitantly.
"Friends," Amity said her voice shaking a bit which Willow took quick note off.
Suddenly Luz noticed a green glow up in the sky.
"They're like the Northern Lights!" She gasped.
"The what?" Edric asked.
"Human thing," Luz replied
She lay on her back to get a good few and sighed.
"They're beautiful, it's life a bunch of fish swimming everywhere like sploosh splash."
Amity blushes a little hearing Luz say all that.
Edric nudges her and she stops.
All seven of them fall onto their backs to watch the lights.
"You know these things don't have a name," Hunter said.
"Why don't we name them the Huntlow lights," Gus teases.
Hunter and Willow laugh a little and blush.
"I think we should call it the Hex Lights," Willow suggested.
"That's great!" Luz and Amity said in unison.
Everyone continues talking and laughing but soon they realised it was really late.
"We should get going," Gus said panicked.
"Bye Luz," Amity said waving.
Luz said bye as well and got Hunter to give her a life home.
"You and Amity seem to be fine."
"I know, it's just I know she doesn't like me back like that anymore," Luz sighed.
"It's gonna be tough Luz but look, you're still friends right?
"Yeah we're still friends."
Amity got back to her house and saw Mira standing at the door.
"Oh uh hey Mira what are you doing here so late."
"I read your diary," she said.
"You what!?" Amity yelled.
"But how did you know about..."
"Your room in the library? I have a way of figuring things out. But it seems like you still have feelings for that human and let me guess you were hanging out with her today."
"Yeah," Amity said quietly.
"Listen Amity I know your feelings must be complicated but you're my girlfriend not the humans."
"Could you at least call her by her name!"
"I don't know it."
"If you read my diary you should, you're doing it out of disrespect."
"No I'm not."
"Listen Mira, I wouldn't be here today to date you without Luz so you better start respecting her or so help me!"
"Fine, but tell me whenever you go to hang out with *Luz*."
Mira went to leave.
"Bye Mi Mi," Maity said.
Mira whipped around yelling.
"I told you not to call me MI MI!!!!"
Mira stomped off leaving Amity confused and upset.
Amity went up to Emira who and heard the whole thing.
"I don't get it Em, Luz didn't mind pet names, Titan she loved them!"
"Maybe you've found the wrong person," Em suggested.
Amity pondered this for a moment.
"Maybe I have."
