it was the weekend today. me, Eva, and Izzy had all decided to go to our nearest park. I put on my best outfit, and suddenly my phone buzzes, I pick it up to see who texted me,          Alejandro...

"heyyyyyyyyy wyd???? x"

<"I'm going to the park with Izzy and Eva"

"Which park xx"

<"(REDACTED) park"

"Can I come <33"

<"No."

"plssssssss xx"

<"Fine, were meeting at 2 pm,"

" thx <3"

"I hope you fall when you get there"

even though I don't like Alejandro, I can't help but smile every time he texts me. 

(time skip)

were all at the park, all except Alejandro. "OH! Izzy can do a handstand" Izzy says before she does a perfect handstand, and of course Eva just HAD to compliment her girlfriend. we all chat for a little bit, we catch up and talk about our new interests and hobbies. I couldn't help but wonder where Alejandro was amidst all the talking, then I saw a red car drive next to the park, then Alejandro walked out of the car. he had his iconic red vest around his waist and a t-shirt that said "My eyes are up here" on his chest. and some jeans and boots. I couldn't stop staring, I admit he was kind of cute in such a stupid outfit. Eva and Izzy noticed how I was staring in one direction and looked that way too. "oh, did I forget to mention I invited Alejandro?" I look at both of them, letting out an awkward smile. "um, I'm pretty sure that's something you would want to tell us" Eva pouts, crossing her arms. "hello!" Alejandro says as he sits next to us, now that he was close up I could see the burn scars on his arms and some on his neck. "wow, that lava did a number on you" I look at his arms, then back at him. "yes, yes, I don't know if il ever be beautiful again" Alejandro says in a slightly whiny voice. "so now what" izzy says while scratching her face with her leg like a dog. "once again, I do always carry cards on me" Alejandro says, pulling out a deck of uno cards out of his pocket. "seriously dude that's super weird" I say, with a slight hint of joy. "OO OO IZZY lOVES UNO" Izzy says while hugging Eva's arm. "If Izzy's down I'm down," Eva says while smiling at looking at Izzy. "excellent! now all we need is Noah to agree!" Alejandro says while looking at me. "yeah right, like I'm gonna play uno with you" I say, crossing my arms and leaning a little back. Alejandro then grabs my hand and squeezes it gently, "pleaseeeee". I know what he's trying to do but it's hard to resist. "oh fine, but only for Izzy and Eva, not for you," I say taking my hand out of his. "wonderful! Let's start playing!" Alejandro says while giving each of us 8 cards.

(slight time skip) 

 "draw 4 sucker!" Izzy says while putting down a plus 4 card, "Oh come on!" Alejandro says in a whiny voice while picking up 4 cards. I already won ages ago and Eva came in second place, it was just Alejandro and Izzy fighting to see who would get last place. we all decided the loser had to buy us all ice cream, so, of course, their fight mattered. "HAH! DRAW 8 IZZY AND UNO!" Alejandro says while placing down two cards and raising his arms up in celebration. it was kind of cute seeing him be so cheerful, but I still can't fall for his tricks. "I WIN" Alejandro screamed in joy as he raised his arms and jumped up, I couldn't help but giggle from how dumb he looked. "better luck next time," I said to Izzy, she obviously was mad so Alejandro decided to buy her an ice cream just to make sure she wouldn't be on her hit list.

 we all sat down and ate our ice cream, it was kind of nice having someone else buy you treats. "thanks again Izzy" I say while getting another spoonful of ice cream. "oh don't worry! I still have millions of dollars from the government!" Izzy says while her mouth is full of ice cream. "yknow, sometimes I wonder why I'm dating you" Eva says while eating her ice cream. "it's because I'm awesome!" izzy says while flinging some ice cream onto a seagull, I don't know why she even did that. Alejandro said he was buying something from the store, but it has been a while now. "hey guys!" Alejandro says while walking back to our picnic table, he seems to be carrying a little toy. "what's the toy for?" I say pointing at the hand holding the little toy. "it's for you!" Alejandro says while putting down what seems to be a little cat toy. "wow, thanks" I say, my voice a little less monotone than before. "it's truly no problem friend! I just really wanted to see you smile" Alejandro says with a sincere voice, it seemed real but I still couldn't trust him, but still I gave him what he wanted. I look up and him and smile for at least 2 seconds before frowning again and looking away. "thank you" he says, then kisses me on my head. "well, I have to go! See you guys later!" Alejandro says while waving goodbye and walking away. "so what was that about!" izzy says while smirking at me. "I have no idea," I say while looking back at the cat toy.
