You held me close
Before you decided to choke
All of what was left
of what I've felt
Through thick and thin
You plagued me of sins
With your bare hands
Your bloody hands
While I was gone
Still near my mom
You took a hold
Of the words I told
To drown me
In my broken tears
And as your body
Touched my body
I finally knew
What it felt like to lose
All of my trust
All that I've got
For the simple sake of your pleasure
I have now forgotten life's pleasures.
