but why does it hurt me
if it "just wasn't supposed to be"?
why did it even happen
if it wasn't meant for infinity?
that's just not fair
my heart doesn't understand
if something "isn't meant to be"
it still beats the way it wants
and something being "meant to be"
doesn't change what it wants.
