The next day issei could be found training like a madman while the others were training, could be seen breaking everything around him and nothing seemed to be touching him anymore, they watched as he blew up a dummy and the pieces stopped before they hit him

Rias: issei what is that power, if you don't mind me asking?

Issei: all I know is that it's super old abilities and that I'll be able to do more things with given time im still trying to figure out what's going on

Akeno: have you noticed nothing touches you anymore?

Issei: wait what?

Koneko: look.

She threw a large punching bag at him and it started to tear into pieces and the contents stayed floating around him

Issei: well then....

He tried to let it drop and it hit the floor they looked at the mess and Irina came to touch him

Irina: looks like I can touch him

Akeno was the next closest person to him and she was able to touch him

Akeno: (sad) I can't ...

They could see there was a decent amount of space between her hand and his arm and Irina was physically touching him

They watched the mark move to that spot and make a small explosion to make her move her hand away she quickly pulled away and he grabbed her hand to check it

Issei: are you okay?

This time she was able to have physical contact and the mark didn't move from his arm

Akeno: im fine, it's okay...

He held her hand tightly and then let it go

Rias: (curious) What was that about?

She tried to come and touch him but the marker pushed her back and koneko caught her

They all looked confused as to what was going on with this thing

Koneko: you don't think that thing knows what we did to him do you?

Asia and xenovia tried to touch his hand but they couldn't Rossweisse and Ravel came and they could touch him

Issei: okay then....

They all looked at him with concerned faces

Ravel: dude this is dangerous what if someone that doesn't know about magic tries to touch you and ends up having them get hurt

Issei: but, this doesn't make any sense

He walked to Rias and held her hand and he was able to then he let go when she tried again it didn't let her touch but it didn't push her back again

Issei: okay this is confusing me

He covered his face with his hands then sat down and tried focusing on this new power to see how it works

The girls all walked to the side with concerned looks on their faces

Irina: it looks like it is selective of who it allows in and who it lets in that's just what ive seen

Akeno: But Ravel is right this is dangerous

Ravel: none of you are hurt right?

Rias: thankfully not

Koneko: president if I didn't catch you, you would have been very hurt whatever that marker is doesn't like you very much
