Description: Vani's one of the most popular girls in the school. She's co-captain of the dance team and was dating her best friend, until he broke her heart by wanting to take a break with her. Vani's favorite musical is High School Musical, so when the new drama teacher comes and announces she's doing a play about High School Musical, Vani goes to the audition wanting Gabriella, since that's her favorite character. Vani finds out her ex-boyfriend is doing the musical and it puts a damper on her mood. As Vani and Ricky do the musical together, they find their way back to being friends. There will be no Nini and Gina.
