Next Day

Mukti: So guys what's the plan today? 

Manik: Aaj tum sab log mere saath Malhotra Mansion chalo. We all will gonna enjoy there

Alya: Wow yaar what a plan! I remember most of the time we use to be at Malhotra Mansion only during school and college days

Navya: Haan Manik its a great plan, kyu Nandu

Nandini gives a nod in yes

They all then comes towards Manik's car. Mukti Alya and Navya sits on back seat while Manik sits at driving seat. Nandini stays outside

Mukti: Arre Nandini bahar kya kr rhi ho, betho na car me

Navya: Haan Nandu aao na

Nandini nods. She came to front seat and sits besides Manik while Manik looks at Nandini. Manik then noticed that Nandini was not wearing seat belt

Manik: Nandini seat belt pehen lo

Nandini: Manik its okay, yaha se zyada door todhi hai Malhotra Mansion

Manik: Nandini mere ghar se tumhara ghar bhi itna door nhi tha but you remembered na what happened. 

Nandini immediately looks at Manik. Mukti Alya and Navya also looks at Manik while Manik was having light tears. He goes in a flashback

FLASHBACK

Manik and Veer were riding towards Nandini's House in Manik's car. Manik was driving the car while Veer was at passenger seat.

Veer was teasing Manik continuously on Nandini's name

Manik: Abbe saale chup bhi ho jaa, itni der se tease kr rha hai 

Veer (teases): Arre toh tu mera best friend hai, tuje nhi tease karunga toh kisse tease karunga

Manik: Tu bachpan se hi ese krta hai, pata nhi kab chutkara milega 

Veer (teases): Mere se chutkara toh tuje mere MARNE KE BAAD hi milega

Manik : Saale tu na mere hi haathon marega

Like this Manik and Veer were talking. Meanwhile they reached Nandini's house, Manik tried to apply break but he gets shocked as he was not able to apply the break. 

Manik (shocked): Veer car breaks are failed

Veer (laughs): Kya saale isse acha koi prank nhi mila

Manik (panics): Veer I am not pranking bro, the car breaks are failed 

Veer realized the seriousness and now he was shocked and fearing just like Manik. Meanwhile the speed of car was also increasing. 

Manik then hits the car hardly on the tree. Veer's head hits the front of car hardly due to not wearing seat belt. His forehead was bleeding. Meanwhile Manik was trying to wake him

Manik then got out of the car for help for Veer but just after 2 minutes the car blasted. 

Manik turns back and was shocked seeing this. His best friend was inside the car.

Manik (shouts): Veer 

He tried to ran towards the car but he was stopped by someone. He turns back and saw Shrikant

Manik (shocked): Dad

Manik then looks at the car. He again tried to go but Shrikant held him tightly not letting him go towards the car

Manik (cries): Dad please let me go, dad mera Veer andar hi hai. Dad please let me save him

Shrikant (teary): Manik beta please understand, just look at the car, Manik Veer jaa chuka hai. He just left you and this world forever

Manik falls on the floor and starts crying badly. He was very much stressed with the fact that his best friend, who was always there with him in every situation, just left him. Due to weakness he fainted there itself. 

Flashback ends

Manik was having tears remembering the incident.
Since that day Manik is careful towards seat belt. He somewhere felt he would have saved Veer if Veer was wearing seat belt that day.

Nandini without saying anything further wears the seat belt while Manik starts driving the car.
