Little Harry at Hogwarts!

Summary: Harry doesn't start nursery for another week so Sirius and Remus bring him to Hogwarts while they teach.

After finishing their time at Hogwarts and after the war ended,Sirius and Remus decided to return and apply for jobs as professors,that way they could do what they loved and be with eachother at the same time.However they didn't think about Harry.After the incident of Halloween 1981,Sirius was found innocent while his "friend" Peter Pettigrew was proven guilty.While this was amazing news,the couple still suffered the terrible loss of their two bestfriends who had indeed died that night,protecting Harry.Of course,Harry was handed over to his godfather and Sirius and Remus looked after him ever since,raising him together in their small cottage just outside of the hogwarts grounds.

The fourth year class giggled as Harry bolted as fast as his little legs would carry him,down the classroom.Sirius walked after him,finally cornering the panting child before scooping him up into his arms. "okay if everyone could turn to page 407.The information for your essay should be all there,to help you.I'm going to hand this child off,i will be two seconds" Sirius spoke to the class while holding Harry,who desperately wanted to be let loose,in his arms.

Sirius left the classroom with a squeeling Harry flailing in his arms,as he made his way to the Defense against the dark arts clasroom.He pushed the door open and the class turned to face him. "moon- erm Professor Lupin do you have a quick moment?" Sirius asked as he popped his head into the classroom,trying not to disrupt to much (for once) .Remus set his class going before walking outside of the classroom,and taking the now excited 2 year old into his arms. "can you take him? he's running round like a bloody maniac and he won't listen to me" Sirius pouted and Remus chuckled. "i have my 7th years now,this ones kind of important.Why don't you see what Mcgonagalls doing.I'm sure she'd take him for an hour" Remus suggested and Sirius nodded,taking Harry back from Remus.

Remus pecked his husbands forehead,then the toddlers before returning to his classroom. "well then Harry.Uncle moony doesnt want you.Lets go find minnie" Sirius spoke as he tried to keep the toddler entertained.

After ten minutes,Sirius returned back to his class minus Harry. "sorry about that everyone.Where were we?" Sirius asked as he walked back over to his desk. "who's baby is that?" "is he yours?" two students asked and Sirius breathed a laugh. "Erm it's my godson,but yeah" Sirius replied before turning back to the blackboard and carrying on with his lesson.Sirius had always found astronomy interesting,i suppose it was in his genetics but he especially excelled at in in school and it was probably the one subject he could actually tolerate.

By the end of the day,a giggling Harry sat on Remus' shoulders as he walked down the corridor towards Sirius' classroom.Remus lifted Harry down and placed him down onto his feet so the toddler could run through the classroom. "pad! pad!" the toddler yelled as he sprinted to his uncle.Sirius laughed and sweeped him off the floor. "hey champ.have you had a good day?" Sirius asked and Harry blabbered some clearly made up language which Sirius obviously pretended to understand,replying with a "no way! thats awesome bambi"

Remus chuckled as he walked through the classroom,Sirius opened his free arm,wrapping it around his husbands waist. "good day?" Remus asked as he hugged the smaller man. "mhm.you?" sirius asked and Remus nodded before gathering all their stuff and heading out of the classroom.

They used the floo network from mcgonagalls office everyday,to avoid a puking toddler.Once they stepped out of the fireplace in their small cottage,Remus placed Harry down who immediately ran to his toys. "how can a human as little as he is still have so much energy?" Sirius spoke as he flopped down onto the brown sofa. "i always said the exact same thing about you" Remus teased and Sirius rolled his eyes,a smile forming on his lips.

And that was it.That was their night,Spent cuddled up on the sofa,the red and orange flames lighting the room whilst little Harry played and played with his toys until he was too tired,and curled up beside his uncle moony,snoring softly as he slept.At about Midnight,Remus gently scooped Harry up into his arms,causing harry to snuggle into his neck,his little arms wrapped around Remus' neck.Once harry was carefully placed in bed,still sleeping soundly,Remus returned to his own bed where his husband waited for him,trying his hardest to keep his eyes open.

"mooooonyyyy" Sirius whined as Remus looked through his drawers. "what?" Remus smiled and Sirius just opened his arms to him.Remus pulled his top off and pulled on a pair of pyjama bottoms,sliding into the bed beside Sirius who immediately wrapped his arms around the taller man. "i love you moons" Sirius whispered,his head nestling into the crook of Remus' neck. "i love you too pads" Remus whispered and the two slipped into a peaceful sleep,cuddled up beside eachother.
