Snow has got to be the worst part of winter. Now, don't get me wrong, snow is fun and all because you can make snowmen and snow angels and etc, but at spy school, the snowmen have knives and the snow angles turn into devils. Me and my friends were in our SACSA exam. We don't remember what it stands for, but for right now Snow Annihilation of Current Spies Association seems right. Every where you saw, was snow. The trees had white leaves. The building looked like snow topped mountains. The ground had 3 feet of snow on it. It burned my eyes. Plus, it was snowing as well, which just added more difficulty to see and move around.

Our objective today was to capture the other team's flag. I was on red team, along with my best friend Mike, girlfriend Erica Hale, Chip, Jawa, and Zoe. Obviously, Erica was leading our team in kills/wipeouts and we were almost at the border between the two teams. Chip had already been out since he got a little too overconfident. Apparently, Minecraft CTF is different than IRL. For one thing, you don't get infinite lives.

One bonus to our team however, was Trixie, Erica's sister. She had been recruited since her family believed that she might be good enough to join. She could get information easily, as shown with Mike and I, was good at sneaking up on people, and was also usually never seen for some reason. We hadn't seen her at all this exam, but Erica assumed she was just camping around the flag. This was Trixie's entrance exam, but with other people since the SACSA was school wide.

Although our team was sort of overpowered, the blue team had a group of people they called "The Destroyers." They were pretty much our team, but not on red team. Their best member was a guy named Matthew Ellison, who was a 4th year and probably 3rd best in this school. His twin, Lucas, was also very good, possessing both brain and brawn. They also had two boys named Ethan, who were extremely fast at running and could pretty much infiltrate any place. The last person was a girl named Aisha Guler. She was sort of like Erica, but more mysterious. I would confirm for sure that she's mentally insane and suicidal.

There were 2 wooden towers on the border line. None of them had been occupied yet, since no one had gotten this far. It was decided that Erica and Jawa would go onto blue's territory, since they were the best students in the academy. Mike and I would go in the right tower and Zoe would go in the left. The ladder to the top was very rickety and old, but we managed to get up. Upon at the top, there were some free paintball shells and we loaded our guns back up. Mike patrolled our side while I was on the lookout for the blue side. It was really strange that there seemed to be nobody on the blue team. Erica and Jawa seemed very wary of their surroundings, and were sneaking around. I looked at the eliminated sidelines, and there was almost nobody there. I took the scope that was in the tower and looked out at the flag house on the blue side. Just snow and an undefended flag.

Mike and Zoe seemed to realize this as well. Since there was a lot of snow on the ground, we figured they might be hiding in a dugout or something. We attached a rope to our waist and clipped the other end to the tower. It made a loud screech and creaking sound as we went over the walls of the tower in case of an ambush. Erica and Jawa were now at the point of no return. They had reached what we called "The Bush Trap." It was an area of the field where there were a thousand bushes in the area, and anyone could be hiding in them. Zoe threw a paint grenade at the bushes, but no one was there. At this point, snow was falling heavily and I could barely see 5 feet ahead. Jawa and Erica seemed to have disappeared.

Mike and I grappeled down the tower and headed straight. A few people on our team had decided to follow us and went up the tower. I looked back at the elimination sidelines, and made up a glance of 5 people out on our side, and 1 on the blue team. Suddenly, I saw a wall of snow. I though I was hallucinating, but the look in Mike's eyes showed that he had evidently saw it too. We approached closer with caution. That's when the attack came.

I'm not lying when I said I saw a hundred people jump out of the wall as it crumbled toward the ground. They were all carrying blue paint guns, and I realized we were in trouble. However, there is a fancy word that I like called adrenaline. It makes you act out of instinct and allows you to do things that you couldn't really have done. This is what happened to me.

As soon as the people came out, about 17 of them came for me. Another 12 went for Mike, about 40 of them went to take down the towers. The rest 31 of them went to storm our flag. Mike immediately got out and the 12 of the enemies when to get our flag. However, I didn't want to go without a fight. Erica had taught me some basics at fighting, so I wasn't horrible. However, the snow worked to my advantage. While it blinded my eyesight, it also blinded the enemies. I quickly scooped up a paint grenade i found on the ground and threw it at them. Then, I rapid fired my gun into them, and managed to nail 3 of my 5 shots before running out. Doing this I managed to take out 5 enemies, but I still had 12 left to deal with. When they came shooting at me, I somehow managed to dodge all of them, make my own wall out of snow, and reload my gun. I shot at them again, and hit 2. 7 down, 10 to go. Unfortunately for me, the 10 of them made a plan and stormed at my wall. I didn't have enough time to react or reload my gun, and was paralyzed in spot. That is also when my attacker came.

He or she pounced on top of me, and whispered, "I'll take care of them." They then fought off all of them using only a paint grenade and 4 shots. He or she then ran off. I didn't know who it was, but based on the smell of lilacs or daisies or whatever plus some sort of car oil I assumed it was Erica. However, Erica smelled like lilacs and gunpowder, not daisies and car oil. I decided to follow after the mysterious figure.
