Envy's eyes a greenish hue,
Narrowed and squinting in the light,
Always looking for what's new,
To bring others down from their height.Jealousy is a poison,
That seeps into their bones,
It eats away at their happiness,
It weighs them down like stones. My blessings are a target,
For their malice and their spite,
They can't see past their own darkness,
And appreciate their own light.I have to try my best,
And hold my head up high,
For their envy is not my burden,
And their judgment is just a lie.
