John is worried about marlena because she hasn't be getting much sleep.

John and marlena is at the hospital for their doctor appointment.
Marlena is laying on the exam table while Dr. Bader setup the ultrasound machine.
John is holding marlena's hand.
Dr. Bader put some gel on marlena's growing belly and she moves the probe on it.
Marlena and john heard the sound of their baby heartbeat.
Marlena saw hers and John's baby on the screen.
John stared at the screen in amazement.

The doctor asked the married couple.

Marlena looks back at dr. Bader

John and marlena both has tears in their eyes.

John told her and he kissed her on the cheek

Marlena told her husband as dr. Bader wipes off the gel on her belly.
John helps marlena sit up on the exam table.
Marlena, I'm concern about your
blood pressure is pretty high,
How are you feeling lately?.
Dr. Bader asked her.
I'm tried all the time, haven't got much sleep lately.
Marlena said to her doctor.

Dr. Bader asked her.
Marlena looks at john and he says to dr. Bader.
Marlena has woke up in the middle of the night crying, she been having nightmares lately.
She been under lot of stress lately with planning Belle's wedding and Tony DiMera hasn't be caught yet.
Stress is normal during a pregnancy, but marlena, you're beyond stress.
I have to remind you that this is a high risk pregnancy because of your age.
I get that with everything that is going on, it's hard, And I believe
that if you can find a way to relax and reduce your stress that you'll have a healthy baby when the time comes to deliver, but if not, anything can happen.
