I'm walking back from school and all I can think about is meeting this new lady
I arrive by our house and see another car parked by my dads
"I'm home"
"In here" my dad calls back
I just go upstairs because I really don't want to meet her
I go into my room and sit down on my desk and grab my journal
I start writing in it until I hear a knock on my door

My dad walks in
" hey come downstairs she's waiting to meet you and she bought her kids"

My dad goes down first and I follow him after
We arrive downstairs and I walk into the living room I see her and her face rings a bell but I just can't figure it out

I go to sit down and grab my phone and start to message my friend while my dad goes into the kitchen with her

I get up and go to where my dads calling me into the kitchen
I step in and see a little girl who looks around 8 and she looks at me before coming to hug me
"I'm rose" she says while hugging me legs
I bend down so I'm the same size as her
" hi I'm lily" I reply
"Are you my sister"
I just look up at my dad and he nodded
"Yeah I am"
" yay!"
We go to sit down for dinner
I sit next to my dad which is opposite Scarlett and rose sits next to Scarlett
We start to eat but I'm not that hungry so I just play around with my food
"Come on you've barely eaten" my dad says
"I'm not hungry I don't want to eat" I just reply back
There's an awkward silence before Scarlett breaks it "so are you excited to move in with us"
"WHAT" i practically yell " we're moving" "I don't want to move away i like living here" I say to my dad
"It will be fine"
"No I'm not leaving this house"
