Jimin watched his friend get lost in his thoughts for another day. Jungkook wasn't like this normally. He had things under control and never so clumsy that he forgot his notebooks again. Okay, scratch that, Jungkook was sometimes clumsy, but this was different. He was there but mentally, he was nowhere.

He wondered if it had to do with the girl he said he met, but Jungkook rarely talked about girls so it was hard to say.

The professor dismissed the class but Jungkook didn't notice and had to be nudged by Jimin to snap out of his daze. What kind of a girl would break him like this? Jimin wanted to laugh at the thought while Jungkook scrambled to collect his stuff and dash out of the door with the older following. He said something about meeting another professor and parted ways with the blond man.

"Ever the hardworking Kookie," he snorted, shaking his head. He was the same himself. Later in the day, he went to the ice skating lessons he recently enrolled in. Because of the dreams he had that he was skating on ice when he never had before, he took interest in it and impulsively registered for a class outside of the university. To him, dancing and ice skating were similar so he quickly started liking it.

Sudden electric feeling coursed through him when he passed by a couple on the street. He turned around and stared at the two. The tall male had green hair and the shorter woman had purple. It was a color combination you didn't see everyday but he wasn't one to talk, having dyed his hair blond himself.

There was something awfully familiar about them. Especially when the two turned around to look at him, making him freeze.

"Sorry, do you need anything?" Jimin stammered, wondering if they caught him staring.

"Ah, no... Sorry for bothering you," Eunsook said hesitantly and offered him a smile before pulling Taehyung to walk away in embarrassment.

Jimin couldn't help but chuckle. "That was weird."

He wondered why it felt so comfortable to just talk to them as if he knew them before. But never mind that, it was ice skating time. He entered the building and took his skates out to the rink where the other students were chattering and laughing with each other. After doing some stretches, he put on his skates and slid onto the ice.

"Did you hear? Our institution tried to recruit Park Sunghoon and his manager here with omg, a lot of benefits, but they refused!" One of the students gossiped.

"But why him? Isn't there other national champions out there?"

"You idiot, those people would be more loyal to their institutions."

"That's right. Rising athletes are more appealing. Apparently, that Park Sunghoon has a lot of potential and is a rising star. Look at his instagram."

The further Jimin skated from the crowd, the less he could hear their gossips and he liked that because he could focus more on the feeling skating gave him. It was liberating as if he was flying through the wide expanse of ice. Although his love was dedicated to professional dance, this was lovely, too. A unique blend of art and sport. It occupied a special place in his heart, and he always made time to be on ice.

But lately, more than that, he always felt the urge to go skiing. It wasn't winter, but he could go to a ski resort. The urge was the strongest on the day Jungkook wasn't free much to his frustration, but he went alone anyway since he was a little burned out from preparing for the talent show.

He rented some ski boots and other necessities and climbed to the top. He felt like he had to be there. Like he needed to be there which was really strange. He even left his friend to come alone at this time.

He slid down the slope and tried not to fall and break his bones. He went skiing a few times when he was younger but his skills were still rusty. Why was he even skiing then?

Out of nowhere, someone suddenly crashed into him, throwing both of them across the snow, rolling until they stopped. After regulating his breathing and making sure no bones were broken, Jimin got up and stomped towards the stranger to give them a piece of his mind. Or wrath.

He hesitated yelling when the person stumbled when they tried to get up. His hands flew to hold them up and paused when he heard a female voice thank him.

"I'm so sorry! I'm actually really good at skiing, I don't know what happened! Something pushed me and I hit you!" She fumbled with her words, her soft voice shaking in fear. His breath was knocked out of him when she looked up to lock eyes. They stared at each other in silence, strange feelings prickling every part of their bodies. Tears welled up in Jimin's eyes but he suppressed the feeling. He wondered if she crashed into him that hard.

"It's... It's okay," he mumbled, betraying his initial intention. He felt so warm in her presence and all the rage was replaced with tender feelings. He scanned her body. "Are you okay?"

"Yeah, I'm very strong," she giggled and Jimin's heart was bursting at the sweet sound. "I'm so sorry again. Are you hurt anywhere?"

He smiled. "No. I'm very strong, too."

She nodded, smiling as well. It felt like she found something she was searching for her whole life. She didn't know why she had to come to this ski resort when she had so much homework to do, but she wasn't questioning it anymore.

"I'm Jimin," he suddenly introduced himself, surprising both of them.

She smiled softly. "I'm Saejin."

The Virtue who pushed Saejin to make her lose balance watched the two with anticipation. When she heard the reason why Saejin was reborn and how Greed was saved by her, she couldn't help but try to make them meet.

Humility appeared beside her, making her gulp. "Why did you do that?! I don't even understand why you're doing this! Nothing good happens when a Virtue and a Sin come together, Bada! Just look at Anhye! Do you want Saejin to die soon like she did before?!"

The blue haired woman turned to him with a pleading look. "If they can't meet, Saejin would've been born for no reason. She would've wanted this to happen. I heard it. She's here for him."

"She was foolish! Just like Anhye! Why should Virtues care about the Deadly Sins, former or not? This should not happen. Your intervention will get you in trouble one day!" Humility huffed, pinching the bridge of his nose. "Let's not do this anymore. Please leave them be. They shouldn't meet and that's that. I'll take care of this now."

Temperance watched him swoop in to take away the former Charity after saying something to her and acknowledging the former Greed's presence. Jimin was bitter that his time with the pretty girl was cut short and he was cursing at himself for not asking her number at least.

He was already missing her.

The blue haired woman sighed at the sight. "I have to do it, Hyunwoo. It's me or no one else."
