@SkeeterJournals: As the new year dawns we see the latest law finally going public. As the final discussion started, the distaste from the Golden Trio was clear. The new law will be confirmed on the final day of January and if accepted, will be initiated on the first of February. The new law states. Any person and/or family will have a member of cleared legality reside with them in their home until deemed clear of danger. The number of members residing with each person will be decided by the level of danger each ex death eater is numbered with. Hermione Granger states during the meeting, "They are not dangerous criminals, they all had trials where we deemed them safe enough for the public. Their crimes have been resolved. That decision has been made already. To declare this law would be to go back on the decision made at the trial by members of the Ministry that are no longer with us." Minister Kingsley Shacklebolt was quick to silence Miss Granger, declaring many got off easier being children under parents advisement. We will hear more in the following weeks.
