He's just wiped Donna's mind. So right after series 4 ends.
Eleven
Angels Take Manhattan, right after we leave Amy and Rory in the graveyard. Just before we're with Clara again. [Except for the meeting, that happens with Amy.]
Twelve
Right after Clara's gone. In that time before we meet Bill, and he's teaching in the school.
