Tweek's anxiety was at an all-time high.

Being in a hospital isolation room, obviously, was nerve-wracking. His twitches were happening every few seconds, and he didn't feel good at all.

Craig was trying to comfort him, but it was hard when there is a see-through wall in between them.

Craig wanted to hug Tweek tightly but he couldn't. As Craig talked to Tweek, he also thought of their "relationship."

He wanted it to be real, but does Tweek? Craig wanted to ask, but if it's a no, then it would just be awkward. It would stress Tweek out, and he would most likely have you stop visiting, which would make Tweek alone.

It was better not to ask.

Tweek sighed, "Are my parents coming?"

"Hm? Oh, I don't know.... I-" Craig was cut off by the door to the room opening. It was a doctor.

They spoke, "Oh! I wasn't expecting someone. You didn't go-"

"No, sir. I didn't," Craig responded, cutting the doctor off. He thought it was only fair since the doctor did the same to him.

"Ok, good," the doctor flipped through his clipboard, "Well, Tweek, we ran tests. And while we still don't know how people get it, we now know how to treat it."

Tweek smiled, "That's great!"

Craig also smiled. That was good maybe-

"However, we haven't made it yet." Tweek frowned again.

"How long do we have to wait?" Craig asked, "Is there anything else we can do in the meantime?"

"We don't have an estimated time. It could take days, months, years."

Craig's eyes widened, "Years!? What if Tweek doesn't-" Craig cuts himself when he remembers Tweek is in the room.

He didn't want Tweek to think about if he doesn't make it. That would just freak Tweek out more.

The doctor looks through his clipboard again, "For now, we will continue what you're doing now."

Tweek sighed, looking defeated and tired, "Ok...."

The doctor nodded before what looked like a face of shock and realization appeared, "Wait, Tweek Tweak...." the doctor then pointed at Craig, "Are you Craig Tucker?"

"Um... y-yes?" Craig replied as he nodded, confused.

The doctor then smiled, "Oh my God, it's-" Craig could already tell what the doctor was going to say. So he said as the doctor finished, "South Park's gay couple!!"

Craig facepalmed, 'Even the doctors?' He thought.

Craig turned his head to Tweek, who was twitching a lot again at the comment.

Craig wanted people to shut up about their fake relationship. Granted, no one except them knows it was fake, but even then, it was weird and getting old.

"Yes, yes. We get it. We're gay and dating," Craig said, just tired of it.

Tweek nodded, trying to play along despite hating it and his twitching anxiety, "Y-Yeah, it's us," he then mumbled under his breath, "Please shut up about it...."

Craig held back a laugh of agreement. Honestly, Craig would be so happy if he could tell the doctor to shut up, but he would probably be kicked out.

"Ok, ok. Sorry. Um, I'ma go talk to the nurses. Also, your parents should be here shortly for a visit," the doctor then left the room.

Craig let out a sigh of relief. The doctor was gone, and now he could just talk to Tweek alone again.

Hopefully, Tweek doesn't think too hard of what the doctor said. He hoped, he hoped.
