"Two weeks later" The sunlight peeks through the binds of the room as a Young boy's eyes begin to open from the light, he hears a voice from an older man.
"Morning kid, how are you feeling" spoke the man
"What...?" Said Victor tired and confused at what was going on, as he began to wake up
"Ah, you're awake now so as I asked how are you feeling," said the white-haired man
"Alright, I suppose but everywhere feels sore," Victor said with an exhausted voice
"The doctor did say you would more than likely feel like that," said the man with a grin
"So who the hell are you" said Victor with a bit of a confused look
"Who am I well the name's Siegfried Kaslana, so what's your kid," said Siegfried he had a look of pride as he said Kaslana

Silence creeps the room for a moment as the conversation stops only to begin once again "Say Kid you do realize why we're the only two here right," Siegfried asked the boy if he knew
Victor answered with his hair going over his eyes as he spoke with a pained expression" yea, Sis ain't here is she"
"But that doesn't mean that I give up because as Lu put it we're Amamiyas, we don't falter when people die the only time we give up is when we choose to die for our dreams," stated Victor with a certain fire in his eyes that Siegfried had seen before
"I like the guts kid but can you back what you said because from what I've barely seen it was your sister who was mostly fighting," said Siegfried who was seen with a slight smirk as he spoke
"Well you're not wrong, so can you train me to be better at this?" Victor asked with a slightly nervous laugh

As he grabbed the necklace he sobbed quietly to himself "Seriously, you tell me to take care of myself but you..." Then he scoffed to himself saying "Alright then I will get stronger to protect those close to me as I promised you"As each word was spoken a distant memory played in his mind
