It's New Year's Eve, and we came home the day after Christmas. It has been nice just relaxing at our house, cuddling up, watching TV and dancing around our house together.

Tristan bought me a dress for tonight, and it is so gorgeous; it is a shorter and light color, almost like a light pink and beige. It has rhinestones all over it, and he even bought me heels to go with it.

He is wearing a dark grey suit, a shirt that matches my dress, and a silver tie. He looks so handsome. I swear I could stare at him forever.

He is getting dressed, and I am curling my hair and already put my makeup on. He comes out of the closet and sees me standing there, curling my hair. He walks over and wraps his arms around my waist.

He whispers in my ear, "You are so beautiful. Tonight, when we return home, I am going to show you just how beautiful you are to me." He presses his groin into my ass, and I can feel he is turned on.

I toss my hand around his neck behind me and barely run my fingers down his neck and chest. He smiles at me through the mirror.

"Just like this tonight. Me behind you all night long."

"Can we just stay home and skip the party?"

"Um, no, because your parents are going to be there. I promise as soon as midnight strikes, we will be leaving."

"I would rather ring in the New Year in bed with you and me in a heated love making session. Both of our bodies dripping from sweat."

"Damn it, girl, you are killing me." He looked at his watch. "If we had time, I would remove that dress and make love to you right now, but we have to be at my parent's in forty-five minutes. When we return home, baby, I promise."

She looked down, and he came to the side; she turned to face him, and he tipped her chin up. He leaned in and kissed her, a passionate, sincere kiss that set her entire body on fire.

"I love you, Tristan."

"I love you, Rory." She finished her hair and put her jewelry on. She grabbed her clutch, and they left. He was extra handsy tonight. As they walked to the car, he had his hand on her waist down on her ass.

He opened her door, leaned in and kissed her. Then he climbed in, and he drove them to Hartford. They arrived and walked in; they were walking around when Rory saw Logan and his goons.

"What are they doing here?"

"Family, Ror, remember."

"Yeah, okay, let's get this night over so we can go back home and spend the rest of the night in our bed."

He leaned down and kissed her just as Logan walked over. "Hey, Tristan and Rory. I wasn't sure you two would be here tonight."

"Hey, Logan, you know Dad would never let me miss the party. Too many business associates, and it wouldn't look good." He laughed.

"Hey, Logan."

"I know, and Dad wouldn't let me miss it either. It's a family thing, Logan. So, I brought reinforcements so I didn't have to deal with all the family business crap tonight."

Finn, Robert, and Colin were standing by the bar, pointing and smiling. Finn made a face and fanned himself as he looked at me. I felt really uncomfortable with the way they were looking in our direction.

I moved closer to Tristan, and he wrapped his arm around me. He noticed how the guys were acting and that it was making me uncomfortable. He looked over at them and gave them a look, and they stopped.

They all walked in our direction and smiled as they stood behind Logan. "Hey, Tristan and Rory, you look so gorgeous. Absolutely stunning tonight.

"Thank you, Finn."
