Trust

In shadows cast by friendship's guise,
A girl adorned with trust, in her eyes.
Attached, she wove bonds so sincere,
Yet found betrayal drawing near.

In echoes of laughter, echoes of lies,
Friends she cherished, now fractured ties.
Misunderstood in the web she spun,
Attachment's weight, a heavy ton.

A heart laid bare, vulnerability shown,
In a realm of falsehood, she stood alone.
Betrayed by those she deemed true,
Her spirit wounded, her skies turned blue.

Through whispers of deceit, she trod,
A path of illusions, a friendship facade.
Attachment's grip, a double-edged knife,
She yearned for solace in the maze of strife.

Yet resilience whispered in her ear,
As hope sparked anew, overcoming fear.
Misunderstood, yet rising strong,
A girl reborn, her own heart's song.

In the echoes of betrayal's bitter art,
She found strength in a mended heart.
For in the ruins of false camaraderie,
She discovered the essence of authenticity.
