"Shreya, Malhotra company's file in my cabin, right now" I said ordering my P.A
"Yes, sir" she gave me the file, and I checked it. What the F*ck there is an error in this file? I called her angrily
"What the hell is this? This is how you do your work, with so much carelessness? I told you earlier that I don't like to compromise at work!" I shouted in rage
"N ...o s..ir, so..rry" she was on the verge of crying
"Actu..ally, one employee has resigned from his j..ob, so the whole pressure is on me. Sorry sir, I won't repeat this mistake" she said sobbing
"Ok, don't cry. I am sorry for scolding you"
"No sir, it's ok. I know you are stressed. Please don't take too much of a load of work. It will cause you health issues" she said showing light smile
"Thank you Shreya. Why do you care about me?" I said smiling
Shreya's inner voice: Because I love you sir
"Shreya, where are you lost?"
"N..n..n I mean I'm your assistant, it's my duty to take care of you"
"You can go now" I said smiling
"Okay sir"
When I was looking through the file, my phone buzzed. It was mom
"Hello, Ishu how are you?"
"I'm good mom, why did you call me. Anything urgent"
"Ya, your cousin sister Riya, is getting married. We have to attend her wedding. Can you please come home early?"
"Okay mom, I'll try to come asap"
"Thankyou Ishu bye"
"Bye, mom"
I finished my work and went home, and I freshened up and we moved towards the wedding venue
When I was roaming, Riya called me on stage to meet someone. I got there and saw the love of my life, aka Ms. Vidhi Patel. For a moment, I felt the entire world around me was stopped and everything was in slow motion. But I hid my feelings and shook my hands with her while smirking. She was bewildered to see me. I loved watching her expressions infact I was enjoying. But she left the stage in nervousness. I will make sure that we meet again.
We attended the function and headed towards our home. I instructed my PA to post a hire advertisement around the area and I will make sure that she will be the one who will be my employee.
I freshened up and sat on the bed, thinking about her. She was looking gorgeous in a black anarkali suit. Suddenly, I got a call from my assistant
"Hello, sir Khanna industry has planned a meeting in the U.S. The flight is for tomorrow at 8 am"
"Why haven't you told me earlier?"
"Sir, they just emailed now"
"Oh okay arrange the flight"
"Yes sir, everything is arranged, the car will be at your door at 7 am sharp"
"Good, well done Shreya"
"Thankyou sir"
I hung up the call and packed my luggage. After packing I was so tired that when I hit the pillow I drifted to sleep.
