Struggling ❤️

Beth and Viv were in the changing rooms after training, Beth had barely spoken two words to Viv all day, Viv had tried to engage in conversation with her girlfriend but Beth was giving one word answers, Viv knew that Beth was struggling, but she didn't know what exactly, Beth hadn't exactly told Viv what was wrong. In the changing rooms Beth was sat scrolling through her phone, whilst Viv was getting changed. Viv sat down next to her still in her sports bra and shorts, "Baby what's wrong?" Viv asked quietly, Viv pulled her in closer as she wrapped her arm around Beth's shoulder, Beth instantly melted into the embrace, "Can we talk about it at home? I don't wanna make a scene." Beth whispered, Viv nodded her head and kissed Beth's forehead, "I'll get changed and then we'll head home." Viv whispered, Beth just nodded her head and sat up in her seat. When Viv got changed the two girls made their way to the car, Beth sat in the passenger seat, Viv got in the drivers seat and when she put her seatbelt Viv leant over and placed a kiss on Beth's lips, "I love you." Viv smiled, "I love you." Beth mumbled back.

When they arrived home they were greeted by Rona who was excited as per usual, they both knelt down to make a fuss of her, "Baby, can we talk?" Viv asked, Beth sighed but knew it was coming, she nodded her head and stood up and went into the living room, "Talk to me." Viv smiled as she pulled Beth on top of her, "I don't know where to start." Beth mumbled, "Wherever you want too." Viv said softly, she ran a hand through Beth's hair while the other one held her tightly, "I...I... There's rumours going round of us breaking up, obviously I know it's not true but it hurts, some of the comments are saying that you I didn't deserve you, that you were better off without me, that I'm holding you back and I'm the only reason that you're still at Arsenal." Beth cried, Viv's heart broke, she had no idea that Beth was struggling, "Baby, I promise you that no matter what the rumors are we know the truth, we know that we are happy, you know that I love you more than anything in this world, you know that I would do anything for you, you know I would never be better off with out you, we know the truth baby girl, only me and you." Viv reassured her girlfriend, "I'm sorry." Beth whispered as she sat up, "Beth, don't apologise, your feelings are valid, but I want you to know that not everything you read online is true. Like you said when the Lucy, Keira, Laura and Ona rumors were going around, they're the only people who know the truth, it's no one else's business, it's people speculating because they've got nothing better to do, it's all because we had an odd day in our relationship last Sunday, I was struggling with my knee and in slight pain, people took that as us not being together, Baby, it's you, and god I hope it ends with you." Viv kissed Beth's head and pulled her back into her chest, "How about we have date night?" Viv suggested, "Yeah?" Beth smiled curiously, "If you want too, of course." Viv smiled back, "Can we go to mini golf?" Beth asked, Viv just nodded her head as she watched her girlfriend get super excited, "Let's go get ready." Viv smiled.

When they arrived at the mini golf place, Beth had the biggest smile on her face, "Feeling better?" Viv asked, Beth just nodded her head and hugged Viv, "I love you." Beth mumbled, "I love you more." Viv said as she kissed Beth's head, while her arms were wrapped around Beth's waist.

The two girls went around the course, Viv was losing by one hole on purpose, Beth hadn't been feeling great lately and if Viv could do anything to look after her girlfriend then of course she did. When they were at the last hole, Beth got it in one and Viv in two, "Yay! I won!" Beth cheered, Viv laughed.

When they went home from golf, Viv and Beth laid on the sofa of their home, "Can you make me hot chocolate?" Beth asked, "Course I can." Viv smiled, Viv got up and then sat back down, "If you give me a kiss first." Beth laughed and leaned in, she placed a kiss on Viv's lips, Viv stood back and then made her and Beth hot chocolates.

As the night went on Beth and Viv had now ended up in bed with the TV on, Beth laying between Viv's legs and her head resting Viv's chest, her arms wrapped around Beth's waist, Beth placed her hands on top of Viv's, "Baby can you spoon me?" Beth asked, "Come on then." Viv said sleepily, Beth shifted herself so that she was laying with her back pushed right into Viv, Viv buried her head into the crook of Beth's neck and placed gentle kisses in there, "Night baby girl." Beth smiled, "Night my beautiful." Viv mumbled back.
