Primary Romance

I: Hair Dye?

Kirishima grabs another chicken wing from the feast basket at the center of the table then digs in. Fried spicy goodness he hasn't tasted in months is heaven to his fat starved tastebuds. Keeping up with his strict diet of low-fat foods requires a heavy amount of discipline. Today is his cheat day. He gets to indulge in the guilty pleasure of unhealthy high caloric greatness in his favorite sports bar along with a few friends. A football match is broadcasting on every television screen all around the massive dining area filled to capacity with hungry fans of both teams. Kirishima invited Tokoyami, Bakugo, and Kaminari here to decompress and relax before the sports festival come Monday.

Tokoyami: I thought about playing professionally if I didn't get into U.A. Loved football as a kid.

Kaminari: Like, American football? I thought this was called soccer.

Bakugo: If you live in the states, dumbass.

Kaminari: What's the difference?

Kirishima: You don't know anything about sports, do you?

Kaminari: I've played all sorts of sports! Like, handball and the uh- bat one.

Tokoyami: He doesn't know anything about sports.

Kaminari: Yes, I do!

Bakugo: What is it called when they get the ball through the net in football?

Kaminari: A touchdown?

Bakugo: A goal! Stop lying.

Kaminari rolls his eyes then stuffs his face with another wing.

Kirishima: I never got into sports. Something about them never really appealed to me.

Bakugo: I think they're stupid. Pass a ball around with a hand or foot without using your quirk like a gaggle of clowns.

Tokoyami: I think you've just never played with the right people.

Kirishima: Boxing is fun to watch.

Bakugo: So is the news when some villain is getting their face smashed in by a hero.

Kaminari: Boxing is pretty interesting. Fun to watch someone hits a foul ball.

Bakugo: That's baseball! Who doesn't know what boxing is?!

Kirishima chuckles at Kaminari's constant attempts at faking his knowledge of sports. Two young women sitting at the bar close to the gang share a drink. Both are taking glances over at their table. One of them, a blond lady of curvaceous build and red lips has three empty glasses resting on the table next to her. Her cheeks are rosy and her eyes are trained on Kirishima.
