Smrita was married to Divij, who was actually the son of Amars friend. Divij was one of the rich son of a rich dad, but the most trustworthy and reliable person smrita had met. (Ironic ik ik) Smrita settled with Divij and her 2 daughters, Amrita and Aarohi. Smrita had married on one condition, that she would not change her surname Shukla as she was proud of being the headmistress of the haveli. Divij had agreed, happily.
Smrita, along with her daughters, shifted to
Udaipur, where the haveli was also situated. Meanwhile Divij, lived away, due to his work.
