Mark x Ruby stuff (On Command Au)

Story 8 pt.5: Chaos

Max, CJ, and Ruby were running around the back part and finished searching.

CJ: Our friend's aren't around this part.

Ruby: Then that means Abel and Olley would find them by now.

Max: Great. We can meet up with them and get outta here.

They're about to go further when someone landed in front of them, causing shockwaves to knock them away. Pandemonium is blocking the way.

Max: Oh, f*ck...

Ruby: D-Dad...

CJ: Hey, Panda man! You might wanna move away or we'll not hesitate to break a ribcage or two for you!

Pandemonium: I would say "break a leg" if this were to be a friendly competition, though I might be able to literally break BOTH of you legs.

Max: Show us, then, old man...

CJ attacks first, using his ink powers to splash his weakening ink at him. Pandemonium dodges them, however, while CJ grabs his Octo-brush and heightens up his speed. Pandemonium moves and reacts quickly to his attacks, but gets punched by Max with his earth powers in the face. Pandemonium handled those attacks before, so he finds it a lesser issue to worry about. Max then summons large boulders of rocks and pushes them at Pandemonium, but he breaks through them all and attacks Max, sending him flying to a wall. This was Max's first villain fight, so he is still new about this kind of blow. CJ is boiling with anger and summons ink hands at him. Pandemonium goes in headfirst, but as he moves through, a blaster from Ruby blast at him and send him flying to another wall. Max gets back up and summons more rocks, trapping Pandemonium for a bit. CJ takes in the opportunity to get in and splash his weakening ink at him. Pandemonium breaks free and charges at them using full force. The rest moved away from the charge and it results on the wall having many cracks on impact. Even with the weakening ink, he still holds many strength inside. Ruby manifests giant hands to fight her father. He tries getting close to hit her, but each hand knocks him off. He gets really irritated from it and charges and tries to punch the hands out, but they can withstand his blows well. He was surprised to see Ruby's inherented powers of her mother was just as good as hers. He knew with this kind of power, he won't be able to get near her properly. There, he decides to run off and escape.

Max: Hey! You're not going anywhere!

CJ: Hell, yeah! You aren't getting away from what ya did!

Ruby is still worried about her mom on the other hand, but she still decides to help CJ and Max to try and capture her father. She can, at least catch him. They then run after Pandemonium.

The other's POV:

Abel, Olley, and the rest of the On Command team run around the warehouse, finding Max, CJ, and Ruby. While doing so, though, they find Pandemonium zooming by. As they wonder, Max, CJ, and Ruby pass by as they run after him.

Faith: Big bro! Ruby!

Abel: Max!

Vade: They're after her father.

Mark: Let's help them. We're gonna make that Panda man pay.

He speaks while gritting his teeth due to how much he hates his GF's parents. They decide to assist them in capturing him. The three notice them catching up.

CJ: Vade, Faith!

Max: Yo, everyone!

Abel: Glad you guys are alright!

Olley: It's great that you guys are safe!

Mark: Alright, we should keep on moving. We're not allowing that bastard to escape...

Abel: Right!

Vade and Faith: Let's do this!

CJ: Hell yeah!

He lets out his cheerful and confident laugh after saying it. Ruby looks at them as she smiles. Mark and Ruby start to gain on Pandemonium. However, he smiles as he jumps out of the warehouse.

Briant: Not so fast, On Command!

Shine: Fire!

They say while Pandemonium lands and Mark is about to tackle him. Suddenly, a bolt of lightning hit him and knocks him down with a thud.

Ruby: Mark!

CJ: Mark! You!

Briant: You bastards escape... By those three nobodies... Heh, nice try, but sorry. You're surrounded.

The modified robots surrounded the outer area.

Briant: I'm sure you remember facing these guys before. You were defeated by them due to their great numbers. So I would suggest that you all give up...

The group realizes the situation they're in. They couldn't find a possible way out. CJ and couldn't plan it out, so they have no choice but to choose 2 options; surrender or fight with luck. Mark sighs.

Mark: CJ, is this even possible? We have to find another way out. Don't worry, we can try to escape again.

CJ: Huh? There's no way we're giving up that easy. And this is for our city and Ruby! We're just gonna fight.

Briant: You're still thinking like a baby rat... You don't know what's hopeless, huh?

CJ: Well, we'll still try!

CJ is about to step up, but Abel moves in first.

CJ: Abel?

Abel stands with no showing of fear to them. He looks back at the team, smiles, and raises his hands, indicating that they give up. CJ was confused and shocked. Abel looks back and tells him to wait for a certain signal. Briant walks forward to cuff him down first, but then...

"JUMP!!!"

Abel swiftly slams the ground as water summons like waves. The rest jumped away and Abel takes a deep, cold breath. With great force, he blows the whole water he created on the floor and turns them all into ice, enveloping the robots in ice and unable to move. It also enveloped Briant, Shine, and the parents, though the parents break free easily. One thing, everyone is surprised with what Abel did. He turns the floor into ice and enveloped the robots. Abel looks with confidence, stands up, and tells them.

Abel: You think all I can do is just summon water? Think again, because pure elemental powers can manifest other elements, like ice.

Max watched in awe with Abel's powers. CJ now sees the opportunity to take care of the robots properly. Seeing their chance, they jump down as Vade melts the ice-y floor off to prevent themselves from slipping. The rest moved quick, taking down every single robot. Briant starts to freak out in anger.

Briant: No! F*ck this!

The two couldn't get out because of Abel's ice, so this leaves Pandemonium and the White Spirit to handle them. After finishing off the robots, the rest targets the villains. CJ laughs once again.

CJ: It's over! You lost once again!

Pandemonium: I wouldn't celebrate yet, runts... Defeat us if you want to say we lost.

Mark: For Ruby, that's for sure.

Ruby looks at her friends and is confident that they'll for sure put the parents in prison, behind bars.

CJ: Our last stand, you say?! Let's do this!

All: It's Showtime!
