Jisung had a horrible childhood he was abandoned and abused by his parents.
His parents left him at a park on his birthday
Jisung's statement to the police
(what he told the police)
"We went to the park because Dad said he wanted me to celebrate my 12th birthday nicely."
"He said he had some money for my birthday because the year before we didn't have money for decorations or cake."
"We went to the park and I had fun and Mom and Dad were happy too."
"Then my dad said we needed to go home because it would be getting dark soon and I asked if I could to the bathroom before we left they said yes."
"But Mom and Dad didn't come with me to the bathroom, they said that they were tired and could see me from the bench. "
"When I was done, I saw Mom and Dad and shouted and waved at them but they didn't do anything so I shouted and ran towards the car."
"Suddenly they started the car I shouted for them but they didn't stop the car and drove off so I sat on the bench until a lady woke me up and took me here."
When Jisung was asked about the bruises he told police that his dad would hit him after drinking and would call him horrible names because he liked boys.
