Flushing the toilet, I walked out of the bathroom
"Yuh ready now?" Azorie asked
"Yah" I said walking out with him following behind me
"Weh wi a guh?" I asked getting into his car
"Walk up and dung a sovereign" he replied making me roll my eyes
"No thanks, mi nuh inna di mood fi walk up and dung" I said folding my arms
"Well yuh nav a choice" he said
"You cyah tell me that" I said rolling my eyes once more
"Dem soon drop out mon" he said while starting the car

Stopping halfway, Zorie placed a blindfold over my eye
"A wah dis pan mi fada" I said trying not to laugh
A minute after, he began driving again
After what felt like 30 minutes, the car stopped
"A nuh sovereign wi deh" I said
"Why yuh seh that" he asked
"Because if it was, yuh wouldn't put dah blindfold yah pan mi" I said
"Shut up man" he said
Hearing the car door open, it closed back
A minute after, the door on my side opened
He then held my hand and helped me out of the car
"Can tek off di blindfold now?" I asked
"No" he said sternly
Holding my hand, he started walking
Hearing loud music as we enter the building, I stopped walking
"This is not sovereign" I said in a sure tone
"It is" he said chuckling
"Stop tell lie" I said hissing my teeth
"Just lock chat mon" he said making me yank my hand out of his

"Wah fi tap eh" he replied chuckling
Grabbing back my hand, he pulled me into the building with him
"Yuh can tek off the blindfold now" he said making me smile
Removing the blindfold from my eyes, I gasped seeing all my close family members and friends in front of me
"Happy birthday" they all shouted in unison
"Thank youuu" I said with a bright smile on my face
Seeing Shan and another girl run over to me, Shan grabbed my hand and brought me over to a table
Sitting down behind the table, I stared at all the decorations
"Heyyy" I heard
Looking in the direction of the familiar voice, I see Tish standing beside another female
Letting out a deafening scream, I quickly got up and hugged her
"I can't believe you're here" I said pulling away from the hug
