Chapter 4

Ross' POV
I've been sitting in Laura's room for about 5 minutes now taking in all of the newer pictures she has around her room until I see one that's of me and her when we were 8... I remember it because it was the day before I left

???: *walks in the room* enjoying all the pictures

Ross: *turns around* oh hey Laur... yeah especially the one of me and you before I left

Laura: yeah that was a sad day... but now your back so that doesn't matter anymore

Ross: yeah

Laura: so my friends are over and I told my mom to tell you that you could join us right

Ross: yeah she did

Laura: okay good.... Lilly, Sean you can come in now

Sean and Lilly walk into the room and sit on the bed.

Laura: okay Ross well I know you kind of know Lilly but this is Sean but we also call him devil child

Ross: why devil child

Lilly: because we believe that Sean is the spawn of satin himself

Ross: alright that's fare

Laura: Ross where are your siblings and my sister

Ross: in the basement why

Lilly: cause we're kicking them out... its what we do all the time when she's down there with Carmen

Sean: yeah it's like our sacred place that we always go to

Ross: okay

We all walk all the way downstairs to hear chatters about school

Laura: alright everyone that I didn't invite down here.... out

Riker: umm what....

Vanessa: don't argue just get out

Rydel: why

Vanessa: cause Devil Child and Thing 2 are here

Rocky: okay let's go

They all leave and I start to see Laura get a game out of the cupboards. She sets the game on the family room floor and I just look at it.

Ross: the get to know you game???

Laura: yep you three are going to get to know each other and I'll get to know you more tomorrow

I smile and nod while sitting down in a small circle with the 4 of us

Laura: alright since Lilly and Sean know how to play this so I have to tell you how to play Ross... who ever this spinner lands on they have to as a question to anyone playing the game.... simple as that

Ross: okay let's do this

Laura: alright Lilly, start

Lilly: alright Ross how old were you when you and Laura met

Ross: we've known each other since we were born

Lilly: *spins the spinner* Sean ask the next question

Sean: Ross when you moved did you like it down in California

Ross: Yeah I liked it but I'll always love New York

Sean: *nods and spins the spinner* okay Ross ask away

Ross: This one is for both of you... how long have you known Laura

Lilly: since the start of 7th grade

Sean: half way through 8th grade

Ross: okay *spins the spinner* Laura
