apperance:Octavia has a more menacing look than other Wisps. Her head is round with five curved-back tentacles around her, making it look like a swirl.She lacks eyes, unlike normal Wisps, she have a wide, sharp fanged-like mouth in the style of a jack-o-lantern. She also has three wide tentacles that stem from her head and end in jagged points. she has two extra tentacles, which stem from her head, which split into two horn-like protrusions.
personality: despite her menacing apperance,she is shown to be very curios and friendly and very thoughtful,listening to the other wisps and the daimond cutters problems and giving them advice as well. though she hates metal mimic and her zombot jade wisp,hisui for nearly infecting her home of planet wisp in the past and barley got away because of her frenzy taking control and shattering a few zombot wisps
