[January, 2024]

Over a year...

Dozen of episodes...

Hundreds of graphics...

Thousands of pages...

Millions of ideas I left on this digital paper...

And here we are...

After a full year, we finally reached the end of 'Remember Me,' part three of the story between Elena and Jake...

We've reached the point where I can finally provide a comprehensive summary of my work without any word limits, unlike in comments or on my profile/Instagram...

Since I've dedicated a year to this project, there will be plenty to discuss, inevitably taking up some space here. Of course, if you want to, feel free to skip my comments and thoughts and scroll down to the 'What's next?' section :)

But if you've stayed, being interested in reading what I have to say about this entire crazy year, welcome to the summary :)

Let me arrange it into some most important topics and these one that were the most frequently discussed across my social media and profiles throughout the year...

[SUMMARY]:

[1] My feelings about „Remember Me" in general:

First of all, I have to admit that this book was the most demanding and challenging lesson for me...

Over a year ago, when I initially wrote 'Find Him,' the full book with 24 episodes had around 30-40k words (as it stood without any corrections at that time). During that period, I wasn't creating and providing any graphics, let alone crafting a deeper plot, as it was simply a short story with my own 'ending of the game.'

A year later, I found myself in a position where these 30-40k words fit into just one episode of 'Remember Me,' mainly since Season 5...

'Remember Me' is a book that will remain deeply in my heart for a long time, making it absolutely heartbreaking for me to finally publish the final chapter and change the status of the book from 'ongoing' to 'complete'...

[2] Is this sentiment triggered by the fact that I consider 'Remember Me' a 'perfect book'?

No, absolutely not...

This book IS NOT perfect, as it has countless mistakes, a few cringy faux-pas, and things that I would write differently if I had the knowledge I have now...

I'm fully aware of all of it, just as I was while finishing 'Fall For You Again.' — Even though I was still making silly mistakes at the end of FFYA, I was proud of improving my skills, comparing them to 'Find Him'...

I'm absolutely sure that in another few years, if I continue writing of course, I will come back here, read even the latest episodes of 'Remember Me' (now, considering them the best and most well-prepared), and see them written poorly, with the potential to be changed from the ground up, just as I look at 'Fall For You Again' now (when it's still uncorrected)...

[3] But that's proving one, incredibly important thing — constant progress

Exactly because I can see these mistakes, find my books not the best, with opportunities to be written better, corrected, and improved, it means I never rooted myself in one place or conviction like „I'm already the best", because I am not and I will never be...
