A new Dragon called Ilulu has entered the fray and we see her float towards the ground as Tohru, Elma and Kobayashi watch cautiously

Ilulu: this fair city... these smiling people... with a spread like this... *lands on the street* you could revel in sheer orgy of destruction. And yet you, a Chaos Dragon, stand smiling in their midst. Well... well, well, well... looks like I've wasted my time. After all... YOU ARE ALL MY ENEMIES

Tohru: MISS KOBAYASHI, GET BACK!!

Ilulu suddenly appears before Tohru and goes for an overhead attack which the maid blocks making the ground crack from the force of the attack, then Tohru delivers a powerful kick to Ilulu which sends the young Dragon back into the sky

Kobayashi: TOHRU!! *Tohru chases after Ilulu* Ah... what the...?

Elma: that's Ilulu. She's a radical Chaos Dragon... lives purely for destruction. I never expected to see her here. She must have followed Tohru to Earth... I told you this would happen! I'm sure she plans to destroy this world. Tohru... what are you going to do?

Kobayashi: well... I'm sure she'll figure it out

Elma: Miss Kobayashi... Ilulu is nearly as strong as Tohru... if they fight here, this entire area will be destroyed!

Kobayashi: she'll figure that out, too

Elma: you really have that much faith in Tohru?

Kobayashi: hm... having faith's about all I can do right now. So I'm just gonna go with it

Back with Tohru she reaches Ilulu as the younger Dragon looks at the maid craving destruction

Tohru: we cannot destroy things in this world. Smash one building and I'll happily knock you back to the other world

Ilulu: what does "can" or "can't" have to do with it? Isn't destruction simply our nature? Besides, fighting you... IS EXACTLY... WHAT I WANT! *prepares a breath attack*

Tohru: grr! you think an attack like that will...

Ilulu unleashes her attack as a beam sails towards Tohru, which the maid easily knocks it away but notices the rest of the attack is headed towards the city which forces Tohru to transform her arm and stretch it in front of the attack tanking the entire attack as it sears her scales. Then Ilulu appears before Tohru once again and slashes the maid's chest, tearing the maid uniform

Tohru: that... huuurts...!! Tch!

Ilulu: time for round two...

Back with Elma and Kobayashi, the human looks on in concern about how rough the situation is getting and for her maid's safety

Kobayashi: th...they're playing pretty rough...

Elma: Tohru's trying to protect the city while she fights... that puts her at a disadvantage

Kobayashi: ......... Elma... aren't you gonna help her?

Elma: why would I? I'm a Harmony Dragon. Tohru is my natural enemy. I won't help her fight. And it's not just me. Lord Fafnir would tell her to solve her own problems. Lady Lucoa is a bystander, so she wouldn't get involved. Kanna would be way out of her league. And Ouroboros Maia wouldn't be bothered with something like this. If Tohru falls in this battle, then I will fight. I'll protect you and this city
