I thought you were finally dead and gone
But you're back, god dammit, you're back
Like a pest that won't die, always eating away at me
So return the fears, irrational or not, i'll never know
Of being harmed throughout the night
And too terrified to leave my room during the day
Back to avoiding my home and praying you'll leave each day
When you leave, it hurts, and i'm sad that you don't love me
But when you return, it's worse, having to pretend you're family
In reality you're a monster,
The shell of the man you could have been
Where is my father and what did you do to him?
I was so glad you were away
But now you're back
I just hope you aren't here to stay
