I should face my fears rather than run away from them. That's a habit of mine I can't change about myself. If God stayed by my side, I wouldn't run away. If I were to "feel" His presence, I would never doubt a prayer going unanswered. Even when sweat rolls down my face, I believe my prayers fall on deaf ears no matter how hard I pray. At this point, I would rather drown in my worries and know my future is uncertain than take in the "God's plan for my life" notion.
