"So what did you want to talk about?" Lucas said, sitting down. "Oh, er.." I wasn't sure what to talk about so there was a moment of awkward silence. I stared into Lucas's face, 'how handsome..' I think. "What to you want to talk about?" Lucas asks me again, his voice a little more annoyed. "Oh, I-I'm not quite sure. Um, maybe just uh..." I didn't know how to finish my sentence. 'How embarrassing..' I look down. "Tch, if you don't know what to talk about, then I'll be leaving," Lucas said, now looking very annoyed. "No! Uh, let's talk about what I learned," I say, looking away and blushing of embarrassment.
Lucas looked bored, "just follow me," he says. "O-okay," I say, getting up. "It's a little cold outside, that outfit isn't suiting for that weather, change into something else." Lucas says, looking at me. "O-okay," I go toward my closet, close the closet door, and quickly change. Before leaving, Lucas changes my eyes from jewel blue to red so nobody will recognize me.
Lucas teleports us to a nearby firework display. "Wow.." I look into the sky, the firework light reflecting onto my eyes. I have never seen fireworks before ever in my 3 lives. Lucas glances at me. "It's so beautiful.." I say in awe. Me and Lucas watch the firework show all the way until it ends. "That was so fun, thank you Lucas!" I say, smiling.
Lucas takes me back to my room before leaving. Soon, Athanasia is back and fills me in on what I missed. She met Jennette. I wasn't really surprised since all the nobles were there, but Athy seemed a little shaken up. I assured her in this timeline, we might be able to win Claude's favor, as he seemed ignorant to Jennette.
That night, I couldn't sleep, so I went out to my balcony. Athy's balcony was right next to mine and I saw Lucas there. What?! What was Lucas doing there? I heard Lucas and Athy talking before everything went silent. I went back to bed, thinking about everything that happened today. Today was fun with Lucas, but why was Lucas on Athy's balcony? Wait.. why am I thinking about this? Was this perhaps.... jealousy? No way! I felt my face getting hot, did I just develop a crush? On Lucas? My face was blushing intensely, I felt it. I thought about all this all night, until dawn; when I finally fell asleep.
