Vivan's POV

Everything went as downhill as it could.The atrocities at the party was quite fun.But the escape routine was a disaster

Rishi got me worried but I know he'll be fine by the morning.

And where is Dee right now??

I called her about ten times but she didn't bother to pick it up.After the eleventh attempt it clicked where she might be.

"Dee? It's 12:30,you still crying?",I sighed, sitting next to her, holding sundaes

She sat by the pool,dipping her feet into the cold water.

"I can't show my face anymore",she hid her face,her voice was weary from all the crying

"Those people won't think about it for more than a week",I chuckled

"But I'm still a loser who can't swim"

"Then don't stay that way"

"Easy for you to say!! Everyone makes fun of me if I say I don't know how to swim-"

"Had you just said 'Fuck them,I don't know how to swim,Viv' instead of doing this....."

"......What do you think you would have lost?",I asked straight forward as she just stared at me

"I was scared you'd make fun of me too",her confession sounded ridiculous

"I would definitely,but that's different.I've got friendship privileges",I laughed hard, passing her the sundae.

"You suck at comforting",she grunted, taking a bite of the cold dessert,

It was so cold that my hands felt numb holding it.

"If it works,it does" I smiled.

"So will you.....will you help me learn how to swim?",she cleared her throat, hesitating for a bit

"Well......How can I say no? It's my duty",I replied cheekily as she gave me by a surprise bear hug

And making my guesses right,she sat by the pool, dipping her feet into the cold water.

I could tell that she was upset by all these mishaps.

This wasn't her fault.... I'm just not able to explain this to her.

But I know what would cheer her up.In the nearest store,I ordered two sundaes.

Grabbing them,I walked back to the pool.My legs halted at a distance as I saw her already having company.

She sat with Sanjay Khanna.They were all giggles about something.

I couldn't pinpoint what I was feeling

The sundaes in his hands made me happy.He figured out the recipe too soon.

She's lost in smiles as she gazes at him.He lightens her up in a different way.

This is love??

Whatever that is,my heart was delighted to see her gleaming in a feeling that could be love.

She deserves every bit of this.

"You caused quite a scene in our party",he laughed

"Can't help it.... I'm clumsy",she blushed

Taking a glance at the sweet delicacies in my hand,I smiled a little as I walked back to my room.
