Chapter 1: A new World and a Fateful Encounter

The sun was setting over the bustling city of Orario, casting a warm golden glow over the streets. People hurried about their business, their footsteps echoing against the cobblestone pavement. Amongst the crowd, a young man with silver hair and piercing blue eyes walked with purpose. His name was Vergil, a skilled swordsman with a mysterious past and our protagonist.

Vergil had found himself in this unfamiliar city after a strange incident that happened during his fight with his brother. One moment, he was battling his younger twin brother in his own world, and the next, he found himself in the air in the middle of a bustling marketplace. Confused and disoriented, he had quickly realized that he was no longer in his own world and fighting his brother.

As he made his way through the crowded streets, Vergil couldn't help but notice the unique atmosphere of Orario. Towering above the city were massive stone walls, protecting it from the dangers that lurked outside. The city itself was a labyrinth, filled with monsters and treasures, attracting adventurers from all over the world.

Curiosity piqued, Vergil decided to explore this new world he found himself in. He had always been drawn to challenges and battles, and the idea of a city built around a labyrinth filled him with excitement. He had heard tales of the powerful adventurers who called Orario home, and he was eager to test his skills against them. And maybe find a way back home.

As he walked, Vergil noticed a group of adventurers gathered around a notice board. Intrigued, he approached them, his eyes scanning the various quests and requests posted on the board. One particular quest caught his attention - a request for assistance in exploring the lower levels of the labyrinth.

Without hesitation, Vergil tore the notice from the board and made his way to the address listed. He arrived at a small tavern, its wooden sign creaking in the wind. The interior was dimly lit, filled with the sounds of laughter and clinking glasses.
Vergil approached the bar, catching the attention of the bartender, a young women with pointy ears and, with a friendly smile. "I'm here for the quest," Vergil said, sliding the notice across the counter.

The bartender glanced at the notice before nodding. "Ah, you must be the new recruit. The name's Eina, and I'll be your guide for this expedition. We're leaving tomorrow morning, so make sure you're prepared."
Vergil nodded, his eyes gleaming with determination. He had always been a lone wolf, preferring to work alone, but he knew that in this new world, he would need allies.

And if this quest was his ticket to finding powerful companions, then he was more than willing to take it. But first does he need a place to stay, so he asked Eina for a place to stay. " I need a place to stay, are there any rooms I can stay for a night?" Asked Vergil, the pointy ears women. She answers " Yes we have a room for adventurers that are always traveling that don't want to pay for a room, that they only stay for a day or so" .
"Do you need a room for the night?" Vergil nodded towards Eina. And answers " Yes I do since I am new in this city". Eina surprised said " Oh, so this is ur first time in Orario" asked Eina. " That's true" said Vergil,
then Eina said " Since this is your first time in Orario, im not gonna charge u any Valis, as a welcoming gift of course". Vergil grateful thanked her and asked where his room ist. She said room number 15, so Vergil made his way toward his room to take a nap, but mostly to digest all that has happened.

The next morning, Vergil found himself standing outside the tavern, surrounded by a group of adventurers. Eina stood at the front, her voice commanding attention as she briefed them on the dangers they would face in the labyrinth.

As they made their way towards the entrance of the labyrinth, Vergil couldn't help but feel a surge of excitement. This was what he had been searching for - a world filled with challenges and battles. He was determined to prove himself, to show the people of Orario that he was a force to be reckoned with.
And that he stands at the top of the food chain.
