042- i love you

IT WAS THE DAY AFTER CHRISTMAS, Blue and her mother enjoying their time at Austin's house as they played a bunch of games that involved alcohol, it turning into a hot mess once Blue saw her mom, Angelina and William drunk singing on the karaoke machine. Austin found it embarrassing as the sight of his parents drunk singing in front of his girlfriend wasn't what he wanted her to see but Blue was enjoying it as she found the whole thing entertaining. But at some point they had to shut down the party and send everyone home, the brothers helping their parents sober up a bit before going to bed.

Blue having to driving her mom back home as she was way too drunk to even drive, her promising her mom to take the car back when she goes home after her date, Blue grateful that her mom had ask for the day off after Christmas so she wouldn't have to suffer through the raging hangover she's about to have.

Feeling the sunlight shine in her eyes, Blue turns around to snuggle her face into Austin's chest, the movement waking him up from his sleep as he looked down at her to see if she was okay, him seeing her sleeping peacefully in his arms. He wraps his arm around her as he brings her closer, him resting his eyes to go back to sleep but as soon as he shut his eyes, his alarm went off to signal the couple to wake up for the eventful day he had planned ahead for them.

Grabbing his phone off his nightstand, he turns off the alarm before placing it back on the table, him glancing down at Blue to see if it woke her up, her still sound asleep.

"Blue."

"Five more minutes please."

"We got to get up and get ready for our date." Blue groans as she mumbles out a fine, her rubbing the sleep out of her eyes before glaring up at the boy. Austin just looking at her as he found her glaring cute since it didn't mean any harm towards him.

"Come on miss grumpy pants."

Austin gets out from under the covers as he raises his arms up to stretch, him looking back to see Blue still under the covers, her still glaring at him. Grabbing her waist, he drags her out of bed, Blue just letting him take her out of bed, him placing her over his shoulder before walking to the bathroom.

Once they make it to the bathroom, he closes the door behind him as he places her back on her feet, Blue turning around to stick her tongue out at him like a little kid. Austin just flicks her forehead before grabbing his toothbrush to begin cleaning his teeth. Blue follows suits, the couple cleaning their teeth before Blue begins her face routine, her convincing Austin to do it with her.

After they were done, they head back to his room to change into their clothes for their date, Austin telling her to wear something casual as it would involve a lot of walking around outside. So Blue decided to go for a cute long sleeve jumpsuit with a crop jacket paired with while Austin wore a black sweat suit to match with her. She puts her hair up in a messy bun and puts on ring and necklace that Austin gave her.

Grabbing his keys and phone, Austin waits for Blue to pack her purse with the things she needs before grabbing her hand, the couple heading downstairs to be greeted with the brothers eating at the dinner table with no sight of their parents in sight.

"Morning lovebirds."

"Where's mom and dad?"

"Suffering in bed with the consequences of last night." Mark says.

"Maybe having Blue's mom encourage them to drinking like they were back in their 20s wasn't such a good idea."

"What can I say? My mom is the life of the party."

"Now we know where you get it from." Brandon teases, Blue just smiling as she takes that as a compliment.

"Alright well tell mom and dad that Blue and I went out and won't be back home till later."
