*Alora POV*

Sebastians warry eyes looked down on me in disbelief. Holding me close to him as though he'd never see me again as he squeezed me tightly.

I couldn't help but look around, seeing the dark grey sky as the clouds rushed by. I remembered looking up at Ominis this way, the way he looked down at me by the beach in the vivarium except..... it was bright and sunny and his warm gaze was plenty enough to keep me warm.

I shot up, groaning in pain as I looked around in worry.

"Where is he!? Where is Ominis!" I yelled.

"Alora don't move please!!!" Sebastian yelled, pulling me towards him as he wouldn't let me go.

My eyes wandered the battlefield, noticing many centuars laid dead on the ground. Blankets covering there body's as the nurses tended to the wounded.

My body froze when some looked away in shame.

"What........ what happened here....?" I asked slowly.

I pushed to my feet, still looking for Ominis and trying to figure out what had happened while I was underneath the curse. I just only remembered hearing the fighting while I was in the dark hole of nothing. I didn't have control of what was happening and could only briefly hear the conversations.

"Alora-" Sebastian said quickly.

I pushed him away as he tried grabbing my arm, forcing me to stay put which only put me on high alert. Anxiety flooding my senses that something was terribly wrong.

"Damn it Sebastian I can do it just-"

"Let me help you!" He huffed in frustration.

I knew I had alot of recovering to do but I needed to see him. I needed to know I didn't kill him.

My breath was taken away, seeing all the dark magic and dark wizards that laid on the dirt floor. There bodies being piled in one spot as multiple people came to help. One by one. Body on-top of body's. The death toll becoming higher with each second.

"OMINIS!" I screamed.

My eyes searched vigorously for him, feeling the tears well up as the hole in my chest felt like it was getting bigger.

A centuar moved out of the way, finally showing what I needed to put my fears to rest. Ominis and Anne sitting on the ground about a yard away, talking to each other.

Their eyes laughed and smiled, a light conversation happening between the two of them as Anne helped him to his feet. Brushing off the dirt on his clothes as he tried standing with her comfortably.

"He's okay........." I breathed deeply, "He's okay...... I didn't kill him." I said to myself.

"It's all thanks to us actually."

I turned quickly to find Poppy and Garreth standing nearby as they came to me. Poppy immedaitely grabbing me out of Sebastians hold as her arms flew around me, hugging me close.

"Ugh............ thank you." I said, as she squeezed me to death.

I pulled away, smiling at Garreth as he kicked the ground awkwardly.

"All Poppy really, she took down a multitude of wizards while you were under the curse." Garreth said.

"Thats not true! You were the one that froze her to the ground, so we'd have a chance!" Poppy said happily. Bumping into his shoulder playfully.

"Thank you.........." I breathed deeply. "I......... I owe you guys everything. Words will never express my thanks to you........ to all of you." I said, looking in between the three of them.
