Changing...for the better? or for worse?

He felt a strong pain in his gut, before being sent flying up to the sky, he looked up with tired eyes

When is this crap going to end? He thought

Then he looked down, preparing to charge headfirst against his opponent

Before they clashed, there was a strong light, then....

Alex woke up

"Huh?...what the-"

He was left confused

That was one hell of a weird dream

But his confusion soon faded when he felt his back ache, and he winced

"I really shouldn't have slept on a pile of rocks"

But soon he got up and stretched his wings, arms and legs...
He was feeling rather motivated, that reminded him of a certain swordmaster in a videogame franchise he loved.....

The sweet memory quickly faded away though, he reminded himself that today should be different, he was willing to help himself and change...
He would absolutely not waste away for all eternity living for nothing...Niffty made him see that clearly, he thought of what could he do first...moving back and forth on the same spot, deep in thought

Do i just...show up in middle of the city?

He quickly shook his head from side to side

That's a terrible idea...

Then he thought of the hotel...it was obviously going to be a success, acording to what he knew about hell's nature...the people there seemed to be tolerable, and he could be with Niffty all day, instead of waiting like a moron for her to visit him...
There was only a single drawback...

The Radio Demon

That fucking-

He felt frustrated at the simple thought of having to live with that sadistic bastard...but then he thought of his favorite person in all of hell...and stopped on his tracks, blushed a little, and smiled

She's absolutely worth it

He proudly spread his wings to the side, and they started fluttering at the thought of being able to spend more time with her...

"Christ...i need to sort out these feelings" he said to himself, looking down with a blank, almost sarcastic expression and a tiny smile

He wanted to fly to the hotel right now, but felt a little shy at the moment, he already accidentally met some of the people there, and had a not very friendly encounter with the radio demon

So he wanted to go with her first...and it would be a great excuse to go there as an invited guest instead of just barging in like last time

Where could she be right now?, I wonder...

He clapped his hands together and a small circle opened out of thin air, he touched it with his hand, and the circle showed her walking around the city

Isn't that a little dangerous?

He thought to himself...and quickly flew to where she was, avoiding being seen by other demons, when he arrived there though, there was already a demon confronting her

Sinner: "Hey babygirl~"

Niffty: "hm?"

Sinner: "Pretty fucked up that a sweet lil' thing like you ended up down here~, ya steal some candy or somethin'~?"
