"I have something to tell you"
The middle-aged man looked back at him. The look in his eyes conveyed thousands of meanings that were difficult for him to translate.
"What it's?"
"Erm..Do you know that someone hack our database yesterday?"
ChenYi lowered his head. Not daring at all to look at the face of the leader of his group. Even though he already knew what was going to come out from the man's mouth, he still asked about it.
"Yes, i know. It's not the first time that our database got hack."
And according to his estimate, the leader knows every move in and out of the group even though now the group is completely under his care.
"Tian said that you got the chat from that hacker when the group database got hack. If the hacker know about your personal phone number, he is someone that you know or someone you close because with your personality, you are not someone who are easy to give stranger your contact phone, moreover your personal phone number. So, who that hacker? Do you really know him?"
"AiDi.."
That was the only word that came out from both sides of his lips. The rest he just kept silent. Turning to the man sitting in front of him, his face was stunned for a moment.
"AiDi?"
Ask the man back to make sure that what he heard was not wrong at all.
"Hmm..He is the one who hack our database."
By nodding his head, ChenYi confirmed all the questions that were floating in his leader's head.
"Really? How you know about this?Of course with him chat you right, why i forgot about this. But wait...How he know about the relationship between you, me and our group? Oh my brain, ofcourse he know, he the hacker."
Every question was answered by the man himself. As he patted his forehead several times as a sign of his frustration. ChenYi just looked at him without speaking a word.
"So, he the one who hurt you?"
The leader's face returned to a strained look, not at all like before.
"No, someone else."
"Who?"
"I don't know, he just call him 'ge'."
"You didn't see his face?"
"No at all, he come behind me. But i hear they said about 'move to daddy's house' before i lost consciousness."
"Ge..Daddy.."
The man put his hand under his chin and stroked it several times. His brain was busy thinking with the information he had just received.
"Did he mention to you that he have another family members beside his mother?"
"What i remember, he never mention anyone beside his mother to me. That's why when you tell me the story about his family, i got a little bit shock. He tell me that he life alone after his mom dead."
"That's mean that he lied to you all this time."
"No boss, i know him. He really live alone.."
"Wake up ChenYi, he know your identity. You think he want speak up about his family matter to you after he know your real identity?"
Chen Yi was silent there. His back sitting on the sofa felt so uncomfortable. It was like he was sitting on cotton filled with sharp thorns ready to pierce his skin.
"But.."
"You can go now. I need rest."
"Boss.."
"Even he is my nephew, but when he dare to threaten the peace of this group, he is our enemy."
ChenYi's eyes widened perfectly when he heard those words.
"Boss, he not our enemy. He just want to revenge for his dead mother that's why he do all this. If he know that you are not the one who killed his mother, i believe he will not do all this. This all only misunderstood."
The man looked back at him with a sharp gaze. Cold sweat began to drip down his body which was covered in leather clothes.
"Why you earnestly defend him?Are you like him ChenYi?"
".....No....He my friend. The only person that want friend with me."
The boss grinned at ChenYi's behavior. From his point of view, his adopted son was already attracted to his nephew.
"Are you sure that you and him only friend? Doesn't have any feeling beside that?"
"Yeah, he is my friend. Boss, i go first. When i meet him, i will explain to him all this misunderstood between you and him."
"Okay, this task i give to you. His father group already gave me enough headache. Don't add his troublemaker to mine brain too."
Jiang Rayn just watched ChenYi walk away from his house. He leaned back on his soft sofa while his eyes looked at the white roof of his house. His smile was beautiful for a moment, but then it turned gloomy.
"My son with my nephew....But he also my son's enemies".
