This is an Epilogue to the main book!
It's my 20th birthday today and I woke up the best way possible, Link bringing me breakfast in bed. We were at Urbosa's since my Father had gone on a business trip for another one of my birthdays "Aww thank you mon amour" I say kissing him on the cheek taking the plate of beans on toast away from him (my love/lover)
"Happy birthday mon ange" he says sitting down beside me (my angel)
"Thank you" I say smiling at him "how did I get so lucky" I say placing a gentle kiss on his lips
"Hey thats my line!" He says and I smile at him
"Not anymore" I say with a small giggle before biting into my food
"Nor is my hoodie or any of my clothes for that fact" he says "and the funny thing is if I buy you school merch you wont wear it!" He says in an amused tone, he acts as if he's annoyed but I know he's not "I love you" he whispers before kissing my cheek
"I love you too" I say back as someone knocks on my door
"It's the 21st of February" Urbosa says walking into my room
"It's also my birthday!" I say with a smile
"And it's also" she says doing a drum roll on her thigh "game day so you better make her proud Link" Urbosa says
"I will don't worry" he says kissing me on the cheek again
"You have a game today?" I ask and he nods
"It's against Nayru so we'll see Fi today" he says and I smile at him and i lean in to kiss him right as Riju, Tay and Impa come in each carrying presents
"HAPPY BIRTHDAY!" They all yell in unison
"Aww thank you guys!" I say and Riju and Impa come running over to the bed and Tay watches next to her mum
"Your 20, wow your really old" Riju says and Link laughs
"Yeah you are so old Zel!" Impa adds laughing
"Your 20 too!" I say and she smiles at me
"Yeah but--" Impa says but I cut her off
"You act like your 17" I say and she nods
"Exactly! You 20 going on 40!" She says and I let out a short laugh
"Well, I'm going to carry on eating" I say and they nod and then intensely stare at me eating "that was me telling you to leave for like half an hour" I say
"It takes you that long to eat beans on toast" Impa asks and I shake my head
"I'll get changed too!" I say
"Open my present" impa says before leaving the room
I quickly finish off my breakfast I open Impa's present and I see this beautiful blue dress and a necklace with a glass fairy on the end, it looked a bit like navi
Link had gone to practice and I'm not going to lie I was a bit annoyed at the fact we didn't get to spend today together
I quickly put on my dress and my necklace and run down the stairs "It's the birthday girl!" Impa yells as I enter the room "and she looks so beautiful" she adds
"Thank you" I say with a smile as I sit down next to Riju
"So what are we doing today?" Riju asks
"We have to watch Link play plus I want to see Fi" I say and Impa blushes slightly "someone has a crush" I say in a singsongy voice teasing her
