I have kinda friend at school we can call her MC, so she has a Minecraft server with a bunch of people she met online and all we'll talk about is whatever shits going on in said server. Now she met one person and every time I hang out with her she talks about this person who we can call Jay. So because she's venting Jay's problems to me I can't even ask her whats up? This is basically what a conversation is like between us:
"Hey Mc whats up?"
"Hey"
"Whats new?"
"Well Jay—"
The worst part is some of the things she tells me happened to Jay are the most far fetched things in the sense that they could be possible but they have such a low chance of happiness I'm not sure if it could actually happen. Heres I list of the craziest things:
-Her ex banged her without consent in a HOSPITAL and no one got a doctor (I forget why she was in the hospital)
-After two days she knew she was having a baby boy
-After three days her water broke and the kid died
-Her ex kidnapped her and despite the fact that she had internet connection and a mom whos part of the police no one tried to save her
-She had unlimited battery despite being kidnapped (she didn't say that but Mc told me they messaged all night for three dsys)
I don't really care though but the bad part is that it's affecting MC's mental health and theres nothing I can do since it could be real but it's highly unlikely that its not but I want to help MC but she's upset over a random discord strange.
This ones not really about me since the only negative thing this has on me is that she no longer really cares about me but that's not a big deal since i just want to help.
