Soo.. This Fanfic is about a mansion in the dark mysterious forest with a hidden treasure that was an old tale. It was protected by 3 ghosts, Pen, Marker and Pencil (Note: In this fanfic, they are siblings)

Some notes that I need to point out: - There will be shipping (like Penser, matcil and ect) - They are all teenagers (around 16 - 17) except Marker (9-10) who is a kid. - The setting is like in the early 2000's and Coiny's group goes to school - There will be angst and fluff so yeee - The storyline will be a bit different if you guys remembered the old one.
