Lucy's pov

when i turn the tv on it's on a news channel talking about rosalind
Tv - rosalind dyer has escaped and murdered her lawyers family and seems to be going after some people
i feel the panic start to set in tim changes the channel
Lucy - i'm i gonna just go to the bathroom real quick
Tim - ok are u ok?
Lucy - yea i'm fine
i walk to the bathroom i shut the door i start to have a panic attack my chest gets tight and painful i start to sob and breath heavy if all to the ground and i must have knocked something over cause tim came running in
Tim - hey hey lucy's what's wrong
Lucy - p- panic attack
i've never had a panic attack infront of tim so this is new
Tim - hey hey it's ok look at me breath in and out it's ok your safe princess
he calms me down and picks me up and sets me on the bed
Lucy - how did you know what to do?
he sits down next to me and puts a hand on my knee
Tim - cause i've gotten them before to a few years ago probably when you were in the academy i had a panic attack in the station infront of grey and everyone that's why angela and me are so close it was the worst one id ever had i don't remember why i had it i think it was from trauma but it got so bad i passed out and went unconscious they called an ambulance and angela went with me i was in the hospital for a few days trying to get my breathing levels back to normal angela stayed with me the entire time i went to therapy and speacilists they didn't go away i still get them once in a while but i learned how to stop them before they get that bad
Lucy - when's the last time you had one
he puts his arm around me
Tim - when you were taken
Lucy - really why it wasn't your fault
Tim - yea but i thought it was angela had to help me through that one it's was bad almost as bad as the one i had to get hospitalized for but i've been ok since knowing your safe , but luce how often do these happen
Lucy - a lot i don't know how to stop them
Tim - oh baby why didn't you tell me
Lucy - i was embarrassed
Tim - luce baby that's nothing to be embarrassed about
Lucy - says you you hid yours
Tim's - i hid them from you because i know you like to worry
i wrap my arms around him and hug him
lucy - i'm sorry i didn't ask for help
Tim - it's ok lu it's ok
i fall asleep hugging tim
